Shipping was much faster this time and I am really enjoying the night cream.

Despite the rewards programme being down for maintenance online, Sylvie in the Customer Service team has been brilliant in ensuring I was still able to access my vouchers for my latest purchases, as well as ensuring my new orders will be added to my rewards once it's back up-and-running again. I love all the REN products I have purchased so far and I can’t wait to try more. For the first time my 46 yr old skin feels so moisturized and dewy…no make up needed! I am trying the dark spot removal treatment also and it seems to be helping too! It certainly leaves my skin feeling clean and moisturized!

I got introduced to Ren 2 years ago at a spa retreat and the moment that jelly cleanser seeped into my pores I knew I had hit gold, finally! Lol. I have used nothing else since.
I know I sound OTT but I'm not being paid for this,I just truly want you ladies to know, this is a brand you can trust! In my experience anyway.
I have spent thousands of pounds on s*** that did nothing, I love the fact that they cater to and provide for very specific needs and skin types. I love how effective their stuff is, they are PETA approved, their packaging is 100% recycled Jeez... can they walk on water too!? Lol I jest

But my faves are the AHA skin tonic, the Jelly Canvas and the PHA exfoliating facial. Literally leaves me with baby skin.

Ladies, go for it! They have given me so much confidence back in my natural skin and that means the world. I go to the shop with no make up on and get I'D, often. I'm 38 lol. Course a big part is genetics (thank you mum and dad) ybut the other part is that I look fresh as f*** ! Haha.

I have been using REN products for years now and have found the moisturisers particularly good. I have been impressed with their loyalty programme and used many rewards. I contacted customer service after being unable to access my reward account. I received an email promptly, explaining the situation. Despite a system overhaul I was offered a solution and a code in order to use my reward points. Excellent customer service and a happy shopper!

Always amazing customer service, from helping with my skincare choices to try initially to helping with account issues. LOVE REN!

I’ve used Ren’s Evercalm line for 3 years now and absolutely love it. When I had a question about their rewards program I used their online chat to find the answer. The person I worked with was able to answer all my questions, double checked how many points I had accrued, and even gave me a coupon code to apply my points to the online order I was making. Five star service!

I love my evening routine with these products! Very happy :)

Have tried to phone a few times and telephoned Ren again this morning (Monday) to speak with someone . Telephone message says offices closed but the recorded messages states offices opened Monday to Friday blah blah… Reward scheme not currently working online for several weeks but only after trying to access my points for weeks in vain then get a generic email explaining that reward scheme being updated but if points need to be redeemed on an order in meantime then speak with a customer representative but I can’t get through!

I Love REN skincare for my sensitive eczema prone skin. It’s the best out there as believe me I have tried everything! The customer service is great and I always find them helpful and they reply promptly. I am sorry to hear about the poor reviews but I can only say that my experience with REN has been brilliant! Thanks REN!

I find REN Skincare one of the best on the market. The results are outstanding, true to their description and as a result, I have been buying them for many years. Additionally, their customer service is top, they reply and resolve and help with any questions you may have. They are quick, well trained and corteous.

Usual great Ren products to stock up on. Always a pleasure to receive one of their boxes of cosmetics and use the products.
