Stay away from this company FRAUD!!!!

I rented a vehicle from this company on 03.08.2026 and unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing.

The main issue has been the return of my deposit. Despite repeated follow-ups, the deposit has not been refunded, and I have received several different explanations regarding the delay. The information provided has been inconsistent, making it difficult to understand the actual reason for the continued withholding of the funds.

As a customer, I expect clear communication, transparency, and timely handling of deposits. Based on my experience, these expectations have not been met.

Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend this company and would advise potential customers to carefully review the rental terms before booking.
