PRICEMATCH?What a joke!
Sent a complain to the company regarding their customer service and also how they don't follow THEIR OWN POLICIES. I've been waiting for a week and a half for a proper apologize.
On the 16/07/2015 I was for 40 mins over the phone and everything I obtained was 1£ discount !!! Unbelievable. Their policy states that if you see it cheaper somewhere else to let them know and they'll beat and match it. Auto-europe had it for 15£ cheaper however, they refused to and lied to me and only agreeded on reducing it by 1£.
I sent a complain on the following day to their company and since then everything I get is emails that state
"Dear ------,
We're sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We are currently awaiting a response from our beat- rate team.
Kind regards,
"
If they are behaving like this when trying to follow their own policies, I dont want to know how will they behave when there is a problem with the actual rent.
Our car is not due to be collected until the end of September and defiantly if I see any cheaper price I will request it.
