Wonderful service
I had a concern about bedbugs and I must say the end to end the service I received was excellent. Paul C who looked after the investigation and trap boxes etc was so lovely to engage with. He is terrific at his job. No bugs of any type (other than an unsuspecting moth) were trapped so the cause of my bites remains a mystery. I know I can call on them again if needed. On a personal level delighted to have had Paul's professional reassurance and empathy.
