Seriously, don't spend your money here.
Got a nice and friendly scripted call about my last complaint about a fake listing. They put the home ad offline as they were gonna look into it. And they just put the same ad back online again. And ignore the complaint of the actual owner of the house of which the photos are used of.
Seems fishy, the site offers a house that uses photos of my bought home as if it's to rent. Fotos were take from funda back when it was on the market in 2019 and do not in a way connect to a to rent house. Request via the site and phone to take down the obviously scam advert are ignored.
They don't email you when you didn't get chosen for a viewing. I applied to more than 20 properties and got no viewings at all. The whole website seems like a scam and the apartments also look sketchy.

Rentwebs B.V. is the same company behind rentweb24. You can verify this by searching them at the kvk.nl website. Their kvk number is: 76944522
I had responded to apartments for rent on an entirely unaffiliated website that is basically a collection of rentable housing currently on the market. After you respond, nothing really ever happens. Your submissions do not get send out, is what Rentweb24 tells you.
On the 16th of April 2025, I was called by this number: +31 6 xxxxx549, and a young sounding man told me they are running a pilot for the fact that they know the "umbrella" websites don't really send a response to the landlord.
Red flag one: If that umbrella website does not communicate submissions to anywhere, how is it they know my phone number to call me?
Red flag 2: What was strange is that he did not give me his name, he called himself "rentweb24", refused to give a name. He then said you pay once for registration, after that you can respond to rental housing for as long as you'd like. This is not true. If you go their website, it clearly says that the cheapest package is for 40 euro for 2 months. Their 12 months package is 70 euro.
I have not paid and will not pay, because everything about this, has red flags littered all across it.
Their website looks like it was made by a 4 year old. While it is a secure website (https://), it does not make me feel like I am about to do business with honest people.
Stay far away from these people.

Wat jammer te moeten lezen dat je een negatieve ervaring hebt gehad met ons bedrijf. Wij hebben naar aanleiding van je slechte ervaring ook meerdere malen contact met je willen leggen, zowel telefonisch als per e-mail om het op te lossen en naar het probleem te kijken. Dit blijkt echter tevergeefs.
Tevens hebben via Trustpilot u gegevens opgevraagd. Ook daar hebben geen reactie op ontvangen. Dus wij gaan ervan uit dat u geen aankoopervaring heeft gehad met ons.
Wij hopen vooralsnog dat je contact met ons opneemt om te kijken naar een oplossing.
