I should have left a review long ago, but like most people, I usually only write one when something goes wrong. In this case, I'm leaving one because of the exceptional service from Hayley.

After placing my order, I thought I'd ordered the wrong key and contacted the team with a photo. Hayley quickly identified that I had actually ordered the correct key already and that I'd only added an extra key by mistake. She amended the order, arranged a partial refund, and made sure everything was sorted before dispatch.

After trolling the net I came upon "replacement keys"...the garage door is quite old and after losing keys I sought to try and find the whole lock...pretty difficult...so replacement keys i tried..this site is brilliant and can replace numerous type of keys...ordered mine after eventually finding key code on spindle....came within days and both keys fit perfectly...would highly recommend this company 👍👏

A truly impressive service from start to finish. I needed keys for two different types of window lock but had no keys to help identify what was required. The alternative would have been to replace 12 window handles so I thought it was worth trying this service first even though I was a little sceptical that they would be able to help. I sent photos of the key holes and later the same day I received a response telling me the keys I needed. I made my online purchase at around 2pm and received it the next day (admittedly this final stage is dependent on Royal Mail but it does show that the company prioritise getting orders out the same day wherever possible).

Replacement keys were easy to find, delivered promptly, VAT invoice issued upon request, and they fit perfectly. Many thanks.
