The level of responsiveness, responsiveness of RTS is unparalleled in my experience of vendors during my property refit. Their website contains most of what a purchaser would require, but they really stand out because of their pre- and post-sales customer service. With a comprehensive range and fast delivery, they are the full package.

Search a lot online for a replacement toilet seat and glad found these guys. RTS website provides detailed measurements and descriptions to make you choose the right one. Wide range of different sizes and styles. Ours arrived safely and well packaged. Perfect replacement and will use again.

Great advice on the copious different types of seats and the various sizes (why is there not a standard!!) I would highly recommend this firm, on the back of guidance given to me, I ordered 2 toilet seats, both arrived in good packaging and fitted without issues (I am not a plumber by the way🙂). Great email communications so knew exactly the status of my order, all the way through to delivery. As mentioned great business and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Website really easy to use - filter function helped me quickly find the right sized seat (awkward sized toilet). DHL attempted delivery while I was on holiday, then returned to sender - Geoff responded really quickly to my email and sent the seat out again on our return home. Seat fits perfectly - all fittings included and fitting template was really useful.

Our first delivery had a manufacturing fault, not evident until fitted. Having examined photos, Geoff promptly shipped a replacement. Could not fault his customer service on this occasion and will have confidence ordering again.

I shared photos and sizes as per the guidelines they ask. They recommended a seat but it is significantly too short. I must now pay to return the item. I imagine this must happen a lot seeing as their rules state they are not responsible for errors. I have given them an extra star as they are responsive.

I purchased a seat that the website says is compatible with my toilet. It doesn’t fit and the company have stopped responding to me. Whilst I understand it cannot be returned it is a disappointment as it the seat was not compatible as displayed on their website. A little help would go a long way to customer satisfaction.

Honest folks, excellent service.
While cleaning the seat the white plastic clip used for the quick release has came off.
Contacted the company they immediately authorised a replacement.
I received replacement seat within two days.

Absolutely brilliant service from this company particularly at this time of year (two days before New Year)

A 14 month-old, soft close, toilet seat failed to function on Saturday. Sent an email to inform the company the same day. Received a reply the following morning, Sunday morning, requesting further details. A replacement seat arrived today, Tuesday, fitted and working perfectly. Just 3 days from the fault developing! Incredible customer service and excellent communication from Geoff. Many thanks. You have a repeat customer.

Just moved house, so obviously the first thing you want to do is bin the old loo seats and get some new ones in. RTS have a nice, easy to navigate website, plenty of choice and are competitive on price, plus it’s free delivery. Two seats ordered on Thursday morning, emailed confirmation of order and dispatch, and delivered 24 hours later. Pretty impressed with these chaps. I’d use them again if I had any more toilets.

Sent measurements for a slightly tricky layout. Company responded promptly with considered advice and links to a selection of possible seats. Chose one: it was despatched promptly, fitted perfectly, and we are, as the company’s slogan promises — “sitting comfortably”. Service that could not be better.

Used them a few times now as it's difficult to find the one that we like and I always order a couple at a time. Earlier in the year we had a delivery and within a day the seat cracked. Replaced with the second one we had purchased at the same time. Cracked in exactly the same place. Got in touch and Geoff was swift in his response saying that this was obviously a bad batch and they would replace. Now considering we are in the Highlands, this was all done free of charge and we had new seats within a couple of days.

Over Easter I ordered again - I know I know we go through toilet seats like there's no tomorrow. This time they sent the wrong items. Again, no stress whatsoever, Geoff dealt with the issue quickly and politely.

We now go back again and again. The particular seats we like seem to chip easily, but we'll happily put up with that as the lock and close mechanism means it never moves around on the loo and that's more important to us than anything.

Looked everywhere for a wide hinge fit seat with no luck. Finally found one with this online company. I fitted it today. Easy to fit. Great quality. So glad I found replacementtoiletseats.co.uk

The excellent description on the website, including diagram with measurements, allowed me to ensure I ordered the right seat to fit my awkward round toilet. Ordered on Thursday morning, and the seat had arrived by lunchtime the next day, so we were sitting comfortably for the weekend. It was well packaged, and the seat is solid and was easy to fit.

RTS had a toilet seat that looked like a perfect replacement for a 1998 Ideal Standard round toilet bowl, offered at a very competitive price including postage. I ordered it PM Sunday 11th June and it's arrived today PM Tuesday 13th June. For its price I wasn't expecting it to be such a good quality product, including all the hinge fittings with intuitive instructions. Most importantly it does fit perfectly, and that's because the online dimensions were very detailed. Excellent email communications from RTS about despatch and delivery.
