Never ever come across this company yet check and they have taken £31.83 from my account. Ringing the bank and reporting to the police

Avoid at all costs if you can.
Never signed up for this and they have been taking payments for months without my knowledge.
I have tried every avenue to cancel and just going around in circles.
So obviously fraudulent it is scarey.
How they are allowed to get away with this is beyond me.

Use this number for a refund ‭0800 228 9054‬!!! Make sure you withhold your phone number otherwise they don’t answer!!!!!Have taken money out of my account without permission!!! Had to cancel my bank details because of this!!! God knows where they have got my card information from!! Have rang 16 times and messaged via their website, no reply!!! Avoid at all costs, obviously a scam!!!!!!!!!

Cannot cancel, never knowingly signed up! Con merchants that hide their rubbish in loan applications, nasty! Take money directly off your card....thieves!

For those trying for a refund phone 0800 228 9054, that's the number I called after trying the other one numerous times and also sending emails, got refund today after phoning Monday.

Avoid at all cost my bank said there a fraud and have now put a block on them taking anymore money from my account.

They have been taking money from my account for ages. I’ve had it stopped by Barclays twice. But they still
Take the money. I don’t know what to do! Been thinking of closing my account down, I will probably have to do because this is not going to stop.

I Never intended to sign up for this was tricked joke avoid!!! Now trying to find away to cancel this monthly subscription.

I have had the same problem with this stupid company taking 31.83 from my account, and have taken a further 16p twice and I haven’t noticed this due to the account being a second account, they have on the 16 of September last year taken the same amount which I never agreed with neither signed up for. My band can’t do anything until I have contacted this place and sorted out this problem. I hate being stolen from

This company has put me through nothing put stress.
Not only did they sign me up to something i did not agree to they have taken money out of my account for £31.38p
have emailed them five times and have continually tried to ring and you guessed it NO ANSWER. It continually rings and rings and then the phone goes dead.
Not only that they text my phone saying they was going to send Enforcement Agents to my house for the balance!!! of something i was not even signed up to!!!
As far as i am concerned the company is a shambles and a scam and i feel anyone that has had to deal with this
I am taking legal action and also reporting them to Trading Standards and Financial Ombudsman.
It is now in the hands with my bank to deal with - might i add my bank cant even get in touch with them so what does that tell you.

They took money from my brother's account. 16p then 31.99. He hadn't signed up to it. I messaged company and emailed them on his behalf, no response. He went into his bank and Barclays treated it as a fraudulent payment - they refunded his money within 24 hours, cancelled it and also cancelled his card and will send him a new one, presumably in case his details are on some fraud list.

Absolutely shocking company avoid at all costs or it will cost you. Signed up to them and tried to cancel within the 14 days no way of cancelling on the website and when trying to ring there is no answer. Reported to trading standards.

I have been trying to get hold of report score to no avail! They took £31.83 out of my account! I have tried ringing them at least 4 or 5 times and it just keeps ringing. I have sent messages via there website and had no response. I have emailed there customer service and guess what no reply! All I want is my refund , I have now passed this to my bank to deal with . Absolutely shameful. This company has taken £32 from my account despite four emails telling them that I do kit not have ever requested their services. I’ve tried calling many times and it just rings out. Reporting this as fraud with my bank. They think it will take 10 days to retrieve my money. Complete scammers !!

The most ridiculous company and unethical shower of 'B******I have ever come across. The same as everyone else, didn't sign up for this service whatsoever and like everyone else I clicked the no box, but sure enough they debited the funds from my account anyways. Spent 3 hours trying to call today and of course they didn't answer and when they did I was greeted by the most monotonous lady in the world, she knew my name before i told her it so seems they have a system where they know who is actually calling, was told I would receive my refund but that looks unlikely, asked could i have a confirmation email about the refund, still waiting on that too. Company director is a charming Mr Craig Applyby - who has a facebook and a linkedin feel free to shame and share his content its the least he deserves for stealing our money and thinking it's morally correct. I have opened an investigation with the FCA and a dispute with my bank and the financial ombudsman, £31.98 is not a lot of money but it's the principle, and i don't take lightly to people stealing from me. So folks there is his name all found on companies house, resportscore.co.uk are trading under social report and finding some loophole to steal all our money without consent! Go fourth on social media and out this rat like he deserves!!!

Discovered two £0.16 charges on the 1st and 5th of March without my authorization. This is essentially theft as I did not sign up for this service.

Scam scam scam. Thieves .

They take your money even though you don't want their useless product and never signed up to it .

The only way they customers or prey is by hiding and hoping people don't notice their payments .

Clicked the box to show that I didn’t want their service but was still charged anyway. Emailed then numerous times and still received no response. Clearly a scam company that just pays companies such as moneybox for your information! Would like to take this moment to thank Lloyds Bank for their quick and friendly resolution to all this.
