Sherwood Winter Wonderland…
Had a really great Winter Wonderland experience with a very small issue that Grant the duty manager more than made up for.
Loved the lodge, having the fire on, the pool and the restaurants.
Dining for a great night in takeaway..don't do it
Dining for a great night in..takeaway. Don't waste your money. Very expensive and food is poor quality. I ordered chicken with cashew buts and rice. Tasted like salt and was cold. Only enough for 1 portion. Also ordered brownies which were okay. waste of £22.
Customer Service - Can't thank Ellie enough!
Using the Get in Touch number, we rebooked after having a few website issues, trying to book such a large family group. Ellie was so helpful, going above and beyond to secure our booking. We are so grateful to her for getting us all organised. Ellie put me through to CP Head Office in order to make my payment and Darren took it from there. Both were incredibly patient, kind and helpful. Securing our next visit to Center Parcs with our kids, daughter & sons in-law along with our first grandchild. We have been visiting Center Parcs every year since 1988 (Sherwood) 1989 Elveden - 2021 Sadly missing out this year but we are all booked for 2023 and can't wait to be back ♡
Final night of a 4 day trip to woburn…
Final night of a 4 day trip to woburn center parcs. This evening we went to the leisure bowl and I was chatting at a bar man called Harry … about my old job at a wetherspoon pub. I returned to squeeze one more drink in before the bar closed and i was told it cost £0.00. An S&D - surprise and delight…. Apparently staff can give this to anyone thats been friendly. So kind ! And so appreciated because it was a surprise and delightful. Thank you Harry and I am glad I educated you on how We used to run bars 😂 thank you
Centre Parcs fiasco
Just came back a day early from CP at Whinfell. Hadn't been here for 4 years, won't be back! Seven Pines Executive lodge. Wasn't very clean when we arrived. Mattress so bad they had to replace it as per our request. Pac market over priced. Hucks bar and grill was terrible...food awful as was the service (it wasn't busy so no excuse). Got a takeaway delivered, chinese was ok (at best) indian was awful...uncooked pakora and rotten curry. Won't be back....
Another company that thinks they can…
Another company that thinks they can treat their customers poorly since covid… Centerparcs don’t accept cash anymore. You’ve lost a customer. Shove your agenda where the sun doesn’t shine!

They say they are dog friendly but we were put out of the indoor village during torrential rain as couldn’t get in lodge until 4pm. Also not allowed to eat our pancake outside pancake place while rest of family sat in.
Luckily the lakeside inn and Starbucks were very welcoming to our very well behaved dog.
Should be clearer on the website how limited it is for dog owners. We had plans in place to watch our dog with family while others did activities but had no idea we would be so unwelcome so many places!
Don’t give a jot about customers!
Booked to stay Mon-Fri but because of CP’s appalling decision to close on the day of the Queen’s funeral our holiday is now cut short and we can’t arrive until 4pm Tuesday. As a result we have incurred additional accommodation expenses which they have refused to reimburse us for. CP have demonstrated they don’t give a jot about their customers. When all other hospitality establishments found ways to enable their staff to watch the funeral whilst still honouring holidays, CP customers were shafted. Have been to CP on a number of occasions and spent a lot of money, but won’t be returning again. I would suggest you spend your hard earned money booking a holiday with an organisation that values its customers!!!
Nothing but stress DO NOT HOLIDAY WITH THIS COMPANY
They have changed our holiday with less than a week's notice and have taken a day back from us. We have been planning this holiday since march and have now been forced to last minute change travel plans, plans in general and the whole feel of the holiday will now be different due to the stress this company has caused. We also are unable to simply change dates and if we were to cancel our holiday it would cost a small fortune to go elsewhere as so last minute. I am also unable to change my holiday times at work so have basically been forced into their decision that I did not agree to by any means. Honestly considering seeing if I can take this further legally. When I logged a complaint to try and get a resolution for this they didn't care at all, had spelling mistakes in their emails and offer no help then said that they planned to do nothing else.
I would holiday elsewhere in future since despite the cost they clearly do not believe in customer service or quality of service.
Center Parcs need to put themselves in their guests shoes...
Refusing to allow us to access our lodge until 4pm Tuesday when originally this should of been 3pm Monday (exclusive lodge) - with access on site from 10am. The Queen's funeral does not last over 24 hours! Pay your respects by closing facilities, restaurants on site - yes, but refusing guests to use their booked accommodation until 24 hours later is a joke! Center Parcs you've made fools of yourselves in the press now, time to revert at least some of these ridiculous decisions!
Disgraceful company
Disgraceful company
Disgraceful company. Tried to close down for one day then backtracked later. Too late as people had made other arrangements. Suspect the reason they backtracked as there would be big trouble with no police.

TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH CONTEMPT
Appalling treatment of paying customers to appease royalists. Management should be utterly ashamed.

Centreparcs cut our holiday short by one day and offered no refund or compensation options. How is that even possible.
Just cancelled for everyone on the 19th of September
Imagine cancelling everyone's bookings a few days before you are due to arrive because somebody they didn't even know died.
A tad disappointing.
Just back from a weekend at Center Parcs Longleat. Accommodation (Treehouse) was great, as it should have been considering the price. First night we had a bowling lane booked for 10pm. We wanted earlier but this was the only slot available. 10 mins after we arrived they told us the bar was closing, turned off the music and generally made us feel we were a bit of a nuisance. Activities were good but again, given the price they should be. Restaurant meals were poor. Food was mediocre. Sent back a seriously overcooked “rare” steak, a kids meal that had hairs in it and a beer that was the temperature of tepid tea. tea. I’d also really like to know why the pool is open till 9 but the rides and the cafe close at 7. Leaving time was 10 am and at 9.50 we had a cleaner waiting outside and giving us dirty looks as we packed the cars.
Overall we had a good time and the staff on the ground are generally lovely, but if they want customers to return for what, after all, is a very expensive short break, they need to raise their game.
Extremely disappointed this year
Extremely disappointed this year. Everything so expensive. We have been coming yearly with the family but I’ll think twice about CP for next year. Not value any more. Parc Market ridiculously expensive, as are the activities. £8 for 2 ice creams and £9 to hire the pool table - crazy prices. Center Parcs you should be ashamed!!!!
We have booked a break in late July and…
We have booked a break in late July and have booked various activities for the 4 children we are taking with us. Unfortunately my grandson has just severed his Achilles heel and in plaster so longer can participate in 4 activities with his cousins. So….. we proceed to cancel his activities ( all within the terms and conditions …..or so we thought) which are group ones with his cousins, and apparently we cannot …..because we have to speak to someone at center parcs. HOW CAN WE AS THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE…..SO IT IS CATCh 22!, is this how they make more money. !!!! We have held the line awaiting to be answered but they don’t even tell you where you in the queue !! Anyone got any ideas what we can do? He was involved in 3 activities so it is quite expensive if we lose this money. SO, SO ANGRY!,
Great multi-generational time at Woburn
Great family time at Woburn. I took my husband, 18 yr-old son & 83 yr-old Mum who has poor mobility. Adapted 3-room Lodge 306 was ideal for our needs & a great location. My personal highlight was Segway, brilliantly led by Andrew, thank you, & amazing raspberry ripple ice cream. Mum enjoyed spa treatments, my son enjoyed the waterslides & indoor climbing, with a great challenge & coaching by Jake. Hubby was really impressed by friendly staff & setting, plus outdoor tennis. 2 little gripes were: 1. age restricted wi-fi which unreasonably and needlessly wiped the majority of previously downloaded music from my son's music app which completely limited the music he could listen to and they needed redownloading after leaving, and he's 18 😂 2. Cabanas at the pool were not really accessible as advertised & no help given. We will be wiser next time - all voted to return next year!!
Longleat center parcs
So so disappointed. We’ve booked a new style woodland lodge and from the floor plan it looks like it has a main bathroom and a shower room but it’s not labelled so this is not clear. After I booked I had a horrid thought about the bathrooms and so I did a live chat to clarify where I’m directed to look at the floor plan and that it has a main bathroom and a separate WC. When I queried the floor plan with the adviser they said that it only states in the itinerary that there is a main bathroom. I questioned but it does not mention the separate WC in the itinerary/features list ??? Their communications are so misleading on one hand I’m directed to go by an unlabelled floor plan and when I question it I’m being directed to the features list, absolute nonsense and unnecessary confusion! How on earth am I meant to know what I’ve booked, really poor and as we’ve booked 2 lodges as we’re going with our children and grandchildren it’s even more disappointing! Not good enough in this day and age I’m afraid.
