Absolutely appalling company. Abnoxious and highly defensive Agents who show preferential treatment to "preferred' clients, show their frustration and disdain openly and reak inexperience. Company do not respond to complaints. Managers lack the knowledge to be able to handle complaints and ignore. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. Do not use to sell your home. I feel their practices are not in the interest of the seller and they don't appear to care about the impact of their service on potential buyers. Beware!
