The pair of sconces arrived mismatched but the company promptly mailed a perfectly matched unit and permitted us to keep the one that did not match (which was fine and useable elsewhere). The customer service was very good after a phone call and email explaining the situation.

TERRIBLE return policy
I ordered a light switch and a dimmer, not knowing the quality in person. I saw that they had a 14 day return policy so I thought no biggie. I'm not happy with the quality. It costs $70 for a "restocking fee" and I also have to pay for my own shipping on top of that. I would have NEVER ordered something so expensive without knowing returning would cost almost the entire product. Absolutely not worth it.
