Great, reliable service. Never had any issues and their online reminder emails are a life saver

Since moving from picking my own prescription up and dispensing it at my pharmacy and constantly having items missing. My change to Respond Healthcare was the best move I ever made, no fuss ordering system, polite first rate customer service and my order is always complete and on time in tip top condition.
I cannot praise them enough.
Respond are the company that care about me as an Ostomate.

Been with this company for many years but they are going down the pan they have been cutting my flanges for 9 years and all of a sudden the person who has been doing this no longer works there they do not want to do this so would not recommend them to anyone I shall be going to use ainsworth from now on they have already agreed to cut my flanges and could not believe when I told them about responds bad service

I have used Respond as my stoma delivery service since my surgery in 2023 and can't fault them.

What really stands out about Respond is their customer service team. They’re friendly, knowledgeable about stoma care product and always happy to help with any questions about prescriptions or products.

Living with a stoma can come with enough challenges so having a reliable stoma supply company makes all the difference. I would highly recommend them to any ostomate!

Respond are fantastic!! Used this company since I suddenly got my stoma bag during emergency surgery 26th March last year which left me in a coma for 7 weeks and in hospital for 18 weeks due to other complications and they have been nothing short of fantastic to deal with! From orders to top up of supplies, they take the hassle out of EVERYTHING! I urge anyone who are not satisfied with their current supplier or just looking for a company they can trust and feel secure with to TRY Respond Healthcare TODAY!!!!

Get delivery right on correct date and u will recieve better remark not happy at all, had to wait 1 week for delivery whuch caused serious issues!!

Respond have always contacted me every month to check what medical prescriptions I need for the next month . They are professional and are always courteous , friendly and helpful.

I swapped to Respond after a very poor experience with another supply company, from the start Respond were keen to help me and advise me on my situation.
I had only had a stoma for just under 2 months, and they were able to talk me through not only the process of changing suppliers but of how they work and the prescription system for my supplies.
Respond have always been happy to help me in difficult situations, and have made an emergency delivery to me too which amazed me as my 1st supply company failed to do.
Respond’s deliveries have always been timely, and the contents of the order are always exactly what I’ve asked for.
Respond also ring me when I’m due for an order to be placed, and they sort everything out with my GP and prescription and will even chase them if their being slow, to ensure my order is delivered on time.
I can not thank everyone at Respond who have made my life with a stoma so much easier, stress free and less worrisome.

Absolutely amazing people. Having an unexpected stoma arranged has been one of the most, if not THE most, difficult time of my life.

These guys genuinely care about you and always check in with you to make sure you’ve got everything you need, they’ve truly made a very difficult time a million times easier for me.

I have been using Respond since 2019. I have found the service and support from them excellent. Recently I was having trouble getting a particular item that was delayed by the manufacturer. They kept me informed and contacted me as soon as the supplies were in. So far, I cannot fault their service. I believe I am with the London branch. I would recommend them to anyone.

Respond Perth, have been excellent with my prescriptions for the last year, and they were excellent with dealing with my Stoma nurses and doctors getting prescriptions changed. The ladies I have been dealing with have been excellent. I’ve had my Stoma reversed and no longer need their help an assistance. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Respond for the help and care given over the last year. Owen

service terrible kept getting things wrong did not seem bothered or helpful more intrested in getting your order so they can get the big money delivery service hit and a miss now taken over by Elkin they seem just as bad but all answer with sorry to hear that we will look into it but nothing happens just standard script I have moved on worst colostomy company ever sad to say they are scottish in Perth now in Northern Ireland done for profit not for customers Avoid

I changed supplier to Respond for my stoma supplies 3 months ago and have had only good results, the phone is answered quickly by curtious staff.My order comes when stated and the advise I have ask for has been most helpful. 10 out of 10 all round

Placed an order on 04/11 emailed today for an update to be told would arrive tomorrow, checked my doctors website and prescription requested today between my emailing and reply from Respond being received. Can no longer assume they are reliable.

Brilliant company! I would give 10 stars if I could! The telephone is always answered quickly (even in the Covid pandemic) and the staff always go out of their way to help. Orders are always spot-on and delivered promptly. Their Pelican urostomy bags are the best I have used, they are comfy and allow complete freedom of movement. First class service always.
