This company cleans up after disasters. They are the people no-one wants to know BUT when disaster strikes they are the people you want. Look at their website. For me they were just wonderful. A relative had committed suicide and it was two weeks before he was found.The Police told us we couldn't go into the property until it was no longer a health hazard. BUT they didn't tell us where to get the help we needed. Even outside the smell was dreadful. When we found Response they clarified what had happened, explained what they would do and did it. They had to remove floor boards and biologically treat everything. They went in in their Hazmat suits. We were told that bacteriall contamination is very dangerous by the police. Mo and his sidekick were brilliant and explained that they had removed all the hazard area including carpet and some furniture. Later they came back and took all the remaining "rubbish" like the rest of the carpet, the mattress and bags of waste. Then they came back again and cleaned the whole house with anti bacterial cleaners.
Throughout these three procedures Lindsey has kept in touch and even found someone to clean the carpets in the rest of the house. I can't praise them enough.
