Never ever again will I purchase from someone who does NOT have the design common sense to put mattress handles on the short sides of mattress. I was going to order 30 but...trying to get this heavy one in ? Nightmare!!! Would be way easier handles on the ends . Pass this on to your dim wit designers!!

We have recently purchased a Rest Assured ‘Northington 2000’ mattress in replacement of our previous Sealy mattress which had given good service. This new mattress is firm, which is what we were looking for, and the quality and attention to detail is first class, and good value for money.
As mentioned above the mattress is firm, and initially we wondered if it was too firm! However after 2/3 nights sleep we got quickly accustomed to it and have found it to be comfortable and supportive, and are very pleased with our purchase.

Purchased a REST ASSURED (M) Northington 2000 Pkt Natural 180CM (6FT) (Mattress ONLY) from FGS furnishings. Chosen after sleeping on one in an Airbnb. Far surpassed our simba. Really pleased

I bought a Mattress from Rest Assured for £780 , the mattress has developed a large dip after a few days, terrible quality, nasty material! Every day I wake up with back and neck pain, I have been in agony since I have been sleeping on this mattress! The company refuses to refund and it has been nightmare dealing with these clowns. AVOID AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a bunch of thieves!

We stayed at Hope House holiday home, situated in Hope Cove.
We arrived to a very clean, light & airy spacious house. It was fully equipped with everything for a relaxing holiday by the sea.
Plenty of car parking space, amazing views, all close to pubs, restaurants & beaches. We will return with our family, thank you

I have the rest assured mattress from bed shop and after 9 month I complained about the lump that comes up in the middle of the mattress .
It looks terrible when you make the bed you have a whale size lump in the middle but I have to say this is my 2nd mattress as bed shop asked them to change the mattress
And here I am with the 2 nd mattress with the same lump .
My wife said complain again but I give up as they will mess me about again
£999 payed for base and mattress
They need to stop making this mattress now

Very dissapointed it sagged on both sides with a ridge in the middle that make you want to slide off the bed, I wake up in pain.

We visited a large showroom in the West Midlands and chose a king size mattress from a well known maker as we found it was very comfortable. HOWEVER when it was delivered, although it was the same make and springing as the one in the showroom it was nothing like the one we had tried and were told '' they must have changed the springing''. We then chose a Rest Assured mattress which we found comfortable in the showroom and was exactly the same when it was delivered. Thankyou

I've had my 1000 pocket ortho mattress for almost a month now and absolutely love it. It took me about 10 days to get used to, but now find it extremely comfortable. The mattress seems to be very well made, I'm turning it weekly as stated on the instructions. It came well packaged, on time, and really helpful delivery men.

Second Rest Assured mattress and divan we have bought the first one was 30 years ago. Best bed in the world very comfortable great nights sleep always.

This comfortable mattress is our latest purchase from Francis of Malvern. We are very pleased with it.

We bought a pocket sprung king sized Rest Assured mattress. It has sunk on both sides leaving a ridge in the middle. This has never happened to any mattress that we have purchased previously. Extremely disappointed considering that it is made in the UK.

So l bought the Restassured Kingsize cashmere sprung edge memory foam divan and all seemed well at first. The bed was comfotable and we were happy with our purchase. We paid alot of money for this bed and thought it would see us throughout retirement. We followed all instructions to care for the bed and mattress.
After a while the mattress started to sag.
I contacted customer services who told me the bed was out of guarantee and there was just nothing they could do. The lady l spoke too had no customer care qualities and in my opinion should not be in that role for customer care. This was because when l told her l was not satisfied and happy with my purchase and l would write a review about the bed. The lady said write a review if you want too, theres nothing we could do.

There was no empathy that l was disatisfied or how the company could help or resolve the problem.
Just wanted other people to know about the product and how bad customer service was.

Spent £550 on a 2000 pocket sprung firm mattress. In less than a year there was a huge ridge in the middle of the mattress (despite turning it etc as per instructions)It's so bad that if you lie on it you roll down the side! Guarantee worthless as they told us it was 'natural settlement' what a load of rubbish!! Worst quality mattress we have ever had in our life. Don't waste your money. We are considering trying to claim money back via credit card as the mattress is useless and no replacement or refund has been offered.

Bought a restassured mattress it turned a dirty color and fell a part,silent night did not want to know. Genuine customer,500 wasted,garantee not worth a light.

I bought this British Wool Softer Mattress after I had a Rest Assured mattress some years ago.

After reading about the hypoallergenic factors as I've very severe asthma with allergic component I thought this would be a good buy, as well as I'm severely disabled. What with the reputation of the company and Good Housekeeping it seemed that it would be positive all around.

After the delivery yesterday I was surprised on the depth which is certainly over 30cm.
It's dual sided as I thought it would last longer if turned / flipped rather than rotated. However I have a rest assured base and at 5ft 3 I needed a small stool to get onto it which disgruntled me.

When I got into it it was CERTAINLY NOT SOFT, not even medium and I'd say with confidence it's firm to firmer!!!
My partner prefers firmer but even he thinks its more than firm and we both didn't sleep a wink last night.

As a superking I'd sell it off if it could be collected and take a large drop in the money I paid, I feel that disappointed, words I can't print on here but really..... off.

I'm absolutely gutted in reality that I've paid hundreds of pounds for a mattress that doesn't fit its description, as stated in description and specifications at all, and I've had Rest Assured as well as Harrison Spinks matresses.

I bought it from an online company and please can I say don't be fooled by words Softer!!! as you mights well imagine lying on a slab of concrete if that's what you would like
