While the addon in itself is nice enough, the guides from RXP are really aimed at the more die-hard players/hardcore players that know what they're doing. As a casual WoW player, it's just sending me into death traps and I die more than I level. I'm sure it's a skill issue on my part, but just be warned that unless you're extremely familiar with advanced tactics in WoW, this is not for you. Definitely disappointed with my purchase and of course I can't get a refund anymore (otherwise I would have).

Been using guide for around a year. Its been flawless and takes the thinking out of where to go. No more wondering where to quest at. I highly recommend for new wow players and veterans. Customer service is also top notch, I dealt with Velvanick and he responded back within 2 hours and walked me step by step with linking my second battle net account.

Been using rested xp for about a year now. This is my first time getting into classic. Rolled Alliance on nightslayer and few months later some other buddies are getting back into it. But they want horde so i needed to create an additional battle.net account in order to play with them. After contacting support I was able to add this second account after verifying it does belong to me. 5/5 support thank you

Its not recomendable for anniversery.. i use too much time fighting creatures above my level, which means im dying alot. And it want me to buy stuff, so im constantly out of money. (on a fresh character)

It worked like a charm on wotlk classic tho.. but not on classic anniversery.

Save your money, and buy gold instead and use em for boosting mages..

Wanted to add a second Bnet ID under my name to be able to use guides I had purchased. Communication from customer support was prompt, and the process was quick and easy.

Garbage customer support

After my friend showed me the addon on his PC, i wanted to get it myself. We signed out of his account, and went to buy a copy for me. Without knowing, the account wasn't logged out off, and i mistakenly bought the copy on his account. I immediaetly made a ticket, both from the friends account and a ticket through their ticket system via email. They were pretty quick to respond, but said that since it was on an account where a similar product had already been bought, the product had already been downloaded. Which it hadn't. He had the Classic 1-60 Alliance Speedleveling, and i bought the Horde and Alliance version. Now they won't do the refund unless i buy the most expensive version. I was told to buy it, then get back to them, and they would do the refund.

I think this is very critiziable. And i will not be buying anything off this company. No idea why they would be so stubborn for $10.
