Ordered 8 band t shirts, 2 for £30, on 2 separate occasions, absolutely love them, 2 of the t shirts were out of stock in my size , they informed me of this promptly and offered me alternative sizes or an alternative t shirt, dealt with very straightforwardly, took no time at all to receive the t shirts, free postage, absolutely amazing experience and will be using them again in the near future 😁 😁

Dealt with their online store. Orders got a little ahead of the stock control and one of the items was unfortunately out of stock by the time they tried to process my order. Got a quick update, and an offer to replace with an alternative item in my size (not at full price as I had originally ordered a sale item I might add)!

This is the 2nd time I have bought from Ressurection and they have excellent on both occasions, even to the extent of measuring a pit to pit for me on my last purchase.
Totally recommended.

I'd never ordered from them before, but their prices were great so I took a chance. The polo shirt I ordered was great value, great quality, and arrived in a reasonable time. I would have no hesitation in ordering from Resurrection again.

Ordered two t-shirts over the New Year period and unfortunately one was sold out. They alerted me straight away and offered me a refund or an alternative and I chose the alternative.

Both shirts were birthday presents and the recipients love them, expressing how comfy they are and well fitting.

Communication was great.

I recently placed an order for 2 T-shirts on a next day delivery. I received a phone call to say one was out of stock and if I chose another by 3pm it would still be despatched as next day. I received the parcel next day as promised. Friendly efficient customer service and a fab choice of T-shirts!

I placed an order a month ago for a T-Shirt. Delivery was stated as 5-7 days... When i call Resurrection i always get an answering machine message telling me to email them. I've emailed twice now with no response!

Ordered 2x band t-shirts , got them on a deal which was great ,ordered ,and dispatched quickly ,and arrived when they said it would ,only slight negative is that I should of ordered size small instead of medium but that is my fault entirely,would recommend to anyone

Ordered two band shirts, received an email shortly after to say one was out of stock and having read here was a bit concerned. Chose a different one, they came back to me that afternoon (Thursday) saying they’d get the order sorted. Delivered today (Monday), so very happy.

Really not great. Loved the products and placed an order. Got an email the next day saying one shirt was out of stock. I immediately replied with my preferred replacement. But that was 6 days ago and...nothing. No contact on status of order. Have used contact form and tried phoning twice but no response and no one answers.

I’d put a “0” if I could ,I’m still waiting for my items and trying to get a refund,sent several emails but don’t get a reply and the contact section on the website is useless

The wrong colour jeans were sent so I returned them. Was promised a refund of the return postage as the item was incorrect. Have now contacted customer services 4 times-no response, no refund. If you need to return something then don’t buy from here.

I was overjoyed to receive a Resurrection t-shirt as a Secret Santa gift this Christmas, only to discover it was a couple of sizes too small. Initially, I wasn’t too worried—I thought reaching out to Resurrection for an exchange would be a straightforward process. Unfortunately, I was completely wrong.

Despite sending two polite email requests, I’ve been met with total silence. Not a single response, not even a basic acknowledgment. The complete lack of communication is beyond disappointing; it’s downright disrespectful. At the very least, a simple "we can't exchange the item" would have shown some level of professionalism and courtesy.

Instead, they’ve demonstrated a level of ignorance and disregard for their customers that’s truly appalling. It’s frustrating and infuriating to feel ignored like this—especially over what could have been an easy resolution.

I will never purchase from Resurrection in the future, and I’ll be warning others about their shockingly poor customer service. If this is how they treat their customers, they don’t deserve anyone’s business.

I saw a top that I knew my son would love but it was sold out on the brands own website. A google search led me to Resurrection. It was £20 cheaper and arrived in two days. Very impressed. Thank you

Been visiting the store for years, always had a positive experience. Recently purchased two tees in store and then came home and decided on two more, being a plus size girl (uk 20/22) I genuinely thought the band tees wouldn’t fit I’m quite happy to say they do and they are really comfy and great quality. I know it sounds trivial but it is such a win! Staff are super friendly in store and our little boy really loved the bmx in the window.

I ordered a couple of tshirts online and was informed one unfortunately wasn't in stock by Isaac, so I was offered a couple of options. The next day in Isaacs absence, Niamh kindly got the issue resolved in a friendly and prompt manner. Two tshirts turned up the very next day. So I'm really happy. Thank you team Resurrection.

Unfortunately 1 of the tshirts I wanted was not in my size and I was contacted the following day with an alternative.

Delivery was informative and within a reasonable time. However, BEWARE, if you need to send anything back they never respond to emails or even a message on instagram. Just make sure you are buying something you definitely want to keep otherwise you'll never be able to send it back because you cant get a returns number to return it! Their Terms state you need a returns number, so if they never respond to give you one, well, thats clever......
