Yomi communicated with me very promptly when I needed to exchange an item. She was very pleasant and very helpful through the process! We have been pleased with the quality of Retro Stage products.

When I received my daughter’s bathing suit, I was sad to see I’d have to exchange it for a larger size. Retro stage was so helpful and made it very easy to do. They also went above and beyond with the exchange, and I couldn’t be any happier with the result! Highly recommended!! Yomi was absolutely wonderful to talk to! Very helpful and professional with our emails back and fourth , during return process. Love their merchandise. Also, this is not my first purchase from retro stage… and they never disappoint!!

I purchased a swimsuit for my granddaughter. And for a couple of reasons, it did not work for her. The suit is well made and seems to be of high quality.
I reached out to the company to find out what options I had for replacement. Yomi in customer service helped me. Yomi was kind and understanding about the situation. Yomi offered me a few solutions, in order to make sure I would be totally happy with my purchase.
Overall, I am pleased with my experience with this company and would purchase through them again.

Really bad quality and runs very small. This is my second time ordering from them. I tried two years ago. I tried again thinking maybe their quality has gotten better as it actually gotten worse.

I’m not super psyched about the return policy, but happy that they are replacing the item. Sadly, it’s gonna cost me more money. customer service has been easy to deal with so far. it also took a really long time to get our order.

My experience was honestly awsome! I had an issue with sizing but they were able to compromise easily and help me get another swim suit sent, Yomi was very kind and patient. If you ever have problems, reach out to their customer service! They're so patient, quick to respond, and easy to communicate with! The swimsuit itself is also quite cute and I'm definetly shopping there more.

Bought my 1st item, a cherry swimsuit, and it's so cute! I absolutely love the material and the coverage. But I guess I should have gotten a medium instead of a Large. Exchanging has been so easy and very quickly handled by wonderful Yomi who's been helping me out. I love this company, they're so easy to work with and have such great clothes! I'm excited to buy more!

I bought a couple different 1930's style dresses from Retro Stage. The quality is great, and they fit beautifully! Both have flattering silhouettes that match the size guide, and they're made from a comfortable and breathable fabric.
There was initially an issue with my order, but customer service was very responsive and helpful.
I will definitely be buying from this store again. No complaints!

I ordered the 1940s pink polka dot swimsuit, it was good quality but it was too big. I spoke to Yomi in customer services and they were very helpful with sorting a replacement. Quick responses and very friendly.

I love the comfort of the swimsuit and the designs are very vintage!! It matches the aesthetic of every era!! The swimsuit I bought was so cute!! I’m in love with the 50s so I liked how it represented what women used to wear. The price is not too bad because other companies I e seen charge more for the same kind of style.

I ordered and received the wide leg pinstripe pants in a very timely manner and was very happy with the quality and style. My experience ordering clothes online has always been hit or miss and these were a big hit, really liked them. The only issue I had with them was the length being a little too short for me (I’m almost 6 foot and this has been an issue I’ve had to navigate for some years). Thankfully, my experience with the customer service team and Yomi in particular, giving and receiving feedback about this issue, was very enjoyable as well.

This is my 3rd order with Retro Stage. I love all of my orders. Quality is very good. Customer service was prompt in response to my concerns, once for a sizing/fit issue and once for an error that was most likely my fault. Resolution was swift and fair and the representative, Yomi, was very pleasant and helpful. I was given different options and feel like I was treated as an actual person and not a number.

I recently ordered a swimsuit and when I received it was too big, but the quality of the material is very comfortable and stretchy, the padding is also really nice, if it fit ofc. I emailed costomer service to exchange the one I had for a smaller size, they(Yomi) were very quick with their response, they were able to change the size of my other order, and made sure i didn't waste any extra of my money or time. Yomi is amazing and has given me the BEST customer service.

Excellent quality items at a good price. Shipping was quick and my products were packaged safely. Customer service was very good as well.
