I had given them more than enough information to be verified, they kept saying they needed more. When I went to the bank they had told me there is not much more we can do for you. Verification on this site is excessive amd unnecessary. There are better sites out there. Avoid Retrobet!
*Draft Kings, Betty, Play Ojo Good sites. Easy withdrawls. If you win on retro bet they could ask you for proof from your bank statement meaning you could potentially wait a MONTH to get your money! Whatever they are doing it is wrong and other sites have figured it out.

Terrible online casino. No option for webchat to talk to staff. Only email option, which does not get responded to (several emails all with 2-4 week wait and nothing). Slots do not pay bonuses.
