Ordered a t shirt on 14th sept I've sent two emails and had no replies. In my account it's still showing as processing? Avoid ..

I ordered an item in the middle of August. I received an email to say it had been dispatched but nothing was ever received. I emailed the company and received no reply. I had to contact my bank to get my money back. I thought these things happen with the post (but no excuse to ignore customer service emails) so I ordered the item again. It’s been the same outcome, an email to say it’s been dispatched allegedly by 1st class but no item has arrived. I’ve not contacted the company about this 2nd order as I see there being no point. Even if the item eventually arrives I’ll never use this company again. It seems like an absolute lottery if you receive your items going by others experience.

Ordered 2 tshirts nearly 2 weeks ago. No replies to emails or any socials. Poor customer service. No items delivered or confirmation email. Will probably need to contact bank for refund now.

Where the heck is my item? Emailed 4 times and no response and now over a week. Customer service completely non existent. BEWARE OF FRAUD!

Ordered a T Shirt. Never arrived. Customer service awful. Eventually contacted me to let me know that the courier had delivered it. They hadn't at all and there was no photo to back it up. That to them would appear to be the end of it. Avoid.

Ordered t-shirt 23rd July, to attend Oasis concert 8th August. Hadn't arrived in time and emailed to arrange refund. Email ignored, and no reply recieved by 20th August.

No contact phone number listed either. Seems suspicious on hindsight.

Would not recommend.

Fell to bits on first wash. Nice idea but doesn’t stand a washing machine. Absolutely rubbish quality.

I ordered a mug. It never arrived

I've ordered various clothing items from RetroClassico, all very good quality and delivered when expected. Will be making another order again soon.

This is a late review. I bought a Leeds United scarf as a Christmas present for my son in law. He was extremely impressed and pleased with the gift.

The mug design was great, and based on previous purchases I know they last a long time too. Thanks!

I have had difficulty getting my order as it was incorrect to start and the replacement took 3 weeks and a lot of emails back and forth.

However I am going to commend Matt as he did reply promptly to my emails and got the replacement out to me.

I will criticise when things are poor (which they were initially) but happy to give credit where due and Matt has redeemed the companies name in my eyes with his positive attitude and actions.

Ordered a personalised Oasis tour t-shirt and paid for Royal Mail 1st Class delivery 5 days later I got an email to say item dispatched. A week later, nothing received, emailed customer services who just gave me a tracking number for EVRI (not who the parcel should have been sent with) that had clearly just been generated. A week later, still no item and EVRI still awaiting parcel.

Avoid this company, it appears to be a total scam!

Disgraceful Company ordered a couple of mugs that I never received. No Customer Service. No Refund.

Don’t use this service! I ordered 2 t-shirts and they didn’t deliver within their service level agreement dates which meant that I didn’t have them for the event I needed them for. When asking them for help I didn’t get any. Beware!!!

Zero response. Zero customer service. Happy to be proved wrong. I ordered an A3 poster! Mid to late June, nothing has arrived. We have a ring doorbell so we have not missed any deliveries. I was emailed on the 26th June telling me my order was dispatched, yet still nothing has arrived. I have emailed the email address stated very clearly on the website, it’s the one that sent out the notification of delivery. I have emailed multiple times and STILL have no response. Here is the order number… someone PLEASE contact me to resolve and I will remove this review!

Cheaply Printed T-shirts are poor quality for what you pay, faded quickly after one or two washes. Not the best and quite expensive for what you get.

I placed an order with the company which took 7 days to dispatch. This is not a problem as the order was potentially a bespoke set of ceefax mugs.

Received notification that the order was dispatched 25 Jun…waited until 2 Jul before contacting the company as the order wasn’t received.

They responded to state the order was delivered and gave me the delivery link for the courier they used.

Neither this company nor the carrier notified me of the deliver attempt which was placed in the bin!!!!! I have pulled the CCTV as evidence that no note was attempted to state where the item was left. In addition, as this company had not provided me with the courier notice no ‘safe place’ was able to be designated.

After several attempts to contact the company about either a replacement or refund - absolute silence from them.

Avoid this company at all costs. Whilst my order is only £30, to some that is a lot of money given the current climate.

I ordered a rugby shirt phone case for my husband for his birthday, he still has the phone case now after two years and it is still in great condition. The item arrived well in time and fitted his phone perfectly. Great value for money and great service. Thank you.
