I discovered Retrosonic through a Reverb purchase. I was almost shocked by the smoothness and the speed of the transaction. Two orders arrived within ONE day. I never had such a positive experience anywhere as the rule is always that it takes longer than planned. On top of that communication with Jürgen at Retrosonic was very pleasant and he took great care of making sure I was happy with my purchases. And all this comes with very competitive prices.

What a great company and service. I bought a pair of matched AEA's R84s to send to Spain and Jürgen, the owner of Retrosonic, has been from the beginning impressive at answering any question asked, guaranteeing the matching with AEA and delivery.

... and thanks for the tiramisu-chocolate-experience which was added to the box ;-) The box stood 5 hours in the brightest sunshine at 32C degrees outside temp. It was "a bit" liquidy, ... but very good though 😋

Quick and clear communication, recommended!

I bought an HDX card and it came faster than I expected it to. It came in it’s original package(although it was not a new product).
I wish I could go back in time and purchase all the gear from them. Definitely will buy whatever else I might need for my studio from them.

I've purchased two fine units from Retrosonic, once picking it up myself while on a trip to Tallinn (thanks, Kaarel!) and another one that was shipped to me by Jürgen. The latter unit started to show some weird behaviour, which has been diagnosed to be a potential power switch issue due to it getting slightly pressed in through shipment. Jürgen has been in touch with the company behind the unit (Analog design), who have been equally helpful with figuring this out. They have arranged for a new switch to be sent directly to me, as I'm savvy enough to swap it myself, which saves all the hassle of shipping the unit from Helsinki to Tallinn for such a small procedure. A++ service all around, and I'll definitely be doing business with Retrosonic again!
