Again Retrotouch have excelled!
Again I reached out to Retrotouch and they excelled in providing customer service. I contacted support and Nathan provided the service which was over and above what I expected. Delivery is amazingly fast. Nothing is troublesome for Retrotouch. The grey glass front WiFi smart switches are amazing. I’ve set mine on various timers for when we are out and they work perfectly.
RETROTOUCH 5*****
I AM HAVING A FULL EXTENTION ON MY PROPERTY AND HAVE FITTED GLASS RETRO TOUCH SWITCHES
EVERYWHERE IN THE OLD BUILDING AS WELL AS THE NEW BUILDING, BUT WE HIT A SNAG WITH 2 SWITCHES, IN THE BEDROOM, I HAD TO CALL RETROTOUCH AND WAS PASSED TO MELVYN WHO HELPED ME UNDERSTAND HOW THE WIRING AND COMPATABILITY OF THE SWITCHES WOULD WORK WITH MY DESIGN, HE WENT OVER AND ABOVE TO SHOW HOW THE DIAGRAM I SENT HIM WOULD WORK AND EVEN DETAILED A PLAN FOR THE ELECTRICIAN TO HELP ME AND THE ELECTRICIAN UNDERSTAND THE WIRING CONFIGARATION, THE ELECTRICIAN WENT AWAY AND DIDNT RETURN FOR 6 MONTHS, WHEN HE RETURNED HE HAD LOST ALL THAT MELVYN HAD SENT TO HIM AND WE HAD TO GO THROUGH IT ALL AGAIN, MELVYN WAS REALLY PATIENT AND VERY HELPFUL AND WENT THROUGH EVERY THING TO HELP FIND THE RIGHT SWITCHES TO ACCOMADATE WHAT WOULD WORK, HE IS A CREDIT TO RETROTOUCH AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND RETROTOUCH FROM THE SERVICE RECIEVED BY MELVYN IN TECH SUPPORT.

Great customer service after initially contacting Lithe audio to troubleshoot bathroom speaker not working.
Nathan, in particular assisted in resolving the matter which meant my returning the speaker to Lithe to investigate the problem, found to be faulty. New speaker sent as replacement, now installed and working fine.
Easy to deal with company with no headaches, responsive to my needs as a customer and the will to resolve.
Thanks Lithe team!

Great product - fantastic support!
I purchased both a crystal 3G and 2G wifi switch from Amazon. Initially my electrician had some teething problems with installation, however, a quick call to support told us they were faulty. Good thing was we had no lengthy delay getting through and they were quick to send out replacements direct (Upon proof of purchase of course). Once received my electrician called for some assistance and again no issues.
I should mention the install was not your average - there are multiple gangs on the wiring so had to get the correct placement of the wifi adaptor - we had no neutral down and some adjustments for further switches being removed. So don't be put off by this sounding negative, its not - support were excellent and I was delighted to have it all up and running.
I cheated or was clever enough to run a wifi access point right to the switch - makes pairing a doddle then. Once paired I was able to remove the access point as it was on the network anyway (mesh 2/5 band)
Interesting enough the 2 way settings are all set up on the app - which proved equally to be very easy. There was a video on their website that talked you through it - many other videos too on install.
Ultimately - the switches look great. I have now used the alexa skill to link to them as well. Which is useful as I can now set up routines in just one app and so my outdoor lights - on one of the 3 way switches, now comes on after sunset for an hour then switches off automatically. Note, every switch can be individually controlled.
They were a bit pricey, however, ease of use is great - work well with Alexa and I saw nothing at this price point that did 2Gang 2way or 3Gang 3way including wifi with no neutal.
Easy to recommend and I will be buying more.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. I have these light switches and sockets throughout my house for many years. One of the switches developed a fault after 3 year’s use. One email to Retrotouch and a replacement was dispatched the same day (in fact within minutes of my email) under their 10 year warranty and arrived the next day.
Thank you Aileen

crystal touch switches
Have bought around 10 of the crystal touch switches, great product, had an issue with one, but contacted Retrotouch to explain and i had a new (working) switch the very next day so can only recommend.

Retrotouch a touch of class.
I had a lot of Retrotouch electrical sockets fitted in my new build.
Due to a design fault most of the sockets failed .
On contacting Retrotouch ,They found the problem and replaced all the faulty sockets.
I was also informed that the items have a ten year warranty !
They were a pleasure to deal with.
I wish more companies treated their customers this way.
Regards
Steve

Nice design but bad quality
Crystal sockets/switches.
The design is nice, as is the packaging with a single envelope for every socket/piece but that's all.
Unfortunately the quality is embarassing, even more for a product sold as "premium". We bought 3 batches of the crystal series in 2 different stores, around 15 pieces in total, in both white and black versions.
All of them have been returned as they were all full of scratches or with bubbly paint/chrome.
Totally pointless to propose a design/premium product so cheaply made. And as I said we gave them not 2 but 3 tries just in case it was us being unlucky.
Waste of time.
Required another double socket
Required another double socket, the range of which had been discontinued. Nathan was absolutely fabulous and found an ex-demonstration which he sent to me free of charge. Nathan should receive an award for his excellent customer service. He delivers his promises, which is rare these days.
Great Product
There's a lot of negative reviews on here but my experience to date has been very good. The white sockets and switchs I purchased have so far performed as expected and the customer service (Bradley) has been very good in providing information on which products I require despite me being very slow in getting back to them.
Abysmal quality and dangerous
I have to echo the other reviews here and confirm that the build quality of these visually-appealing-on-the-website switches and sockets is absolutely TERRIBLE and, worse still, some are outright dangerous! I am in the process of binning all of mine after wasting hundreds of pounds.
So far, I have experienced the following issues with these junk products:
* Audible arcing on the switches when moving from on to off; I'm just waiting for the fire to start
* None of the double mains sockets will sit flush against the wall due to the two pieces of badly-cut plastic sticking out at the top; I had to file off the plastic backing
* The electrical connectors break if you attempt to screw tightly; again, a disaster waiting to happen
* The black sticker on the glass plate is visible
* None of the glass plates are the same size
* The glass plate is not securely attached and freely moves around
* The glue on the plate fails
* Some of the retractive switches get stuck down
* The metal backing of the switches bends easily
* The visible plastic finish varies from matt to gloss, depending upon product
* The earth terminal on switches is not attached securely and is loose (yet more fire risk)
* Double international/multifunction sockets sold without reference to them NOT BEING SAFE FOR USE ON A UK RING MAIN, since 2 * 16A = 32A, which won't trip the common 32A fuse on the consumer unit, but far exceeds the typical mains cable's rating of circa 26A
* European outlets sold without reference to them NOT BEING SAFE FOR USE ON A UK RING MAIN as any attached equipment could become faulty and pull up to 32A as Schuko plugs are not fused
* Zero support
Why have you spent money creating such an aesthetically pleasing website to then have all of your products manufactured to such abysmally low standards? This is an embarrassment of a company; whoever allowed these products to pass any kind of quality control or visual inspection should be dismissed immediately!
Appalling manufacturing quality and poor technical support
I bought 6 Retrotouch crystal TOUCH glass light switches of which 4 were meant to be dimmable. All had small finger tip sized flat buttons to touch with blue indicator line. My electrician spent 3 hours trying to install these disastrous light switches having to also use spacers as they did not fit flush into the wall so they poked out ugly and did not even fit the spacers properly. Despite the dreadful cosmetic outcome they would NOT DIM!!!! My electrician was on the phone over an hour to a technical person here who was incredibly useless. He confirmed my new LED dimmable expensive branded bulbs should work with the switches but eventually promised to obtain one himself to test with the product anyway and call my electrician back but he NEVER DID !! That was 29 days ago. In the meantime I wasn't going to have any more patience on this matter and had to buy something else to work now. Not only did these switches not dim my bulbs at all but the indicators had variable appearances and many lights flickered badly. My electrician has never seen such badly made switches in his life. Not only that but since they are flat glass and there is such a small area which has to be touched you literally have to be looking carefully at the switch to find the spot to turn on your lights! What a load of trumped up fancy looking rubbish and terrible service. I purchased these from one of their suppliers Ashdown lighting who said if I pay an extra £12 for each of my orders then they will pass the cost to retrotouch to actually send me the merchandise directly from them by next day express postage instead of from ashdown. I have now returned these dreadful lights for refund but Ashdown is refusing to refund my extremely expensive £24 express courier costs which went from retrotouch directly. I have informed them it is in breach of my consumer rights to now point out after the fact it is in their terms to not refund that but in any case the principal of contract law states that when a product is faulty I should be returned to my original financial position that I was in before buying these and that includes the £24 that I am now out of pocket of and the £180 installation and removal costs I wasted on an electrician because of this rubbish.. someone owes me £204 and of course my outstanding refund for switches. There are many one star reviews for retrotouch here and now here is another although they do not deserve one star. As a result of such awful manufacturing I am now out of pocket with the supplier..I wonder if Retrotouch cares about their reputation at all to rectify this mess for me ????? I now have fantastic switches from Quinetic which WORK a dream. Wonderful Quinetic. Entire switch panel controls manual on off and dimming as well as having wireless sensors and WiFi for voice control and look great. Retrotouch could learn a few things about making products fit for purpose and not leaving people out of pocket . One way or another I intend to pursue my losses.
Further to reply by Retrotouch; if they were actually passionate about tech support then the technician would have called my electrician back as promised after promising to try the switches with the bulb brand he told them to ascertain the issue which in any case they had said IS compatible but did not do as promised!!! The reply below is an absolute insult as were their staff and quite frankly there was no reason why the good quality new bulbs I had shouldnt work with these. My electrician deemed these switches entirely faulty and not fit for purpose and their team pretended to care by saying they would call him back and as for costs yes I paid them to Ashdown but the courier part of it went straight to Retrotouch to send me the switches DIRECTLY and I am out pocket £24 for that thank you very much and as for the indicator blue lines they didn't even illuminate in equal strength. Their products and service are a complete disaster. Switches should be able to work with any new modern day LED bulb of the compatible specifications. What an embrassmwnt they are and I am not finished with my out of pocket issues. Shame on them.

Attractive fittings.
Less than five years lifespan
UPDATE: After sending the receipt and photos, Retrotouch customer service sent a replacement, so I changed the stars.
Rocker switch broke less than five years since purchase. I managed to switch the rocker bit inside upside down so I can continue use it for a while until I figure out what to do (I do not want to buy more Retrotouch products). Astonishingly poor quality meanwhile with some minor changes it could be a great product.

look nice but don`t buy
Purchased all sockets and switches when I refurbished my house in these lovely black crystal, however after paying premium prices for these products them selves fall massively short from been premium Products, Issue started from when I receive them, all rocker switches would not work it turned out that the inside of the switches the Mechanisms that control the switch was faulty I raised my concerns to the owner and sales of the business and all I got back was this must have been a faulty batch however They did send replacements out but these two was faulty!
This started to make me feel am I good at my job so I started and repaired all the switches myself by having to bend the connectors inside the switch!!?
Some switches you could see the double sided plastic that sticks the glass to the plastic frame now when you are paying £15 a unit you do not want to see double sided tape please please please do not purchase these cheap switches don't be blown away on looks! Stick to what you know... MK, British general for all you sockets/switchers.
improvements need to be made in the structure of the business to value the customers, i for one will not be buying again, you had something good here! but profit blinded you!!

Expensive cheap stuff
Have ordered black Crystal accessories as they are the only manufacturer of 3 gang intermediate switches so I went for the their range for the hallway and landings.
The products are priced as many other high quality makers such as Hager and Schneider therefore I was expecting quality products... what a mistake.
Just received my order today and I was blown away by the lack of quality.
The sockets, switches, spurs and the fan isolator are made of a horrendous quality plastic throughout, the glass bits being the only nice feature.
Being an Electrician I have not come across something that is as low quality.
One of my preferred suppliers.

cheap parts from china meaning cheap products that broke easily. no resolution from owner. poor service.
Customer service and owner repeatedly fail as does the product
Customer service try but ultimately fail to fix problems. Months of calls and emails including the owner failed to rectify basic problem with switches that fail to work with remote. Promises - chases - promises - chases - repeat forever. Don’t waste your time and money. Neither the product nor the service delivers.
