Returnloads.net is the UK's most active online freight exchange. Over the past few years we have seen Returnloads.net grow and evolve into one of the leading UK freight exchange websites for return loads within the transport industry. More and more businesses across the country are choosing Returnloads.net as their main marketplace for finding and exchanging haulage work and courier work. From self employed couriers looking for owner driver work all the way up to international haulage companies with thousands of vehicles, Returnloads.net has helped to improve efficiency and increase revenue whilst reducing empty running. Unlike most freight exchange websites Returnloads.net not only connects courier companies and haulage companies to freight forwarders but also connects them directly to manufacturers and commercial businesses that have haulage work available. This helps to create a much larger and more efficient network where more haulage loads, full loads and backloads are available as well as courier jobs and general van work. Our online haulage marketplace is a central portal for transport companies and the returnloads freight exchange averages 3,000 active loads, backloads and return loads every day creating thousands of opportunities for our members to find available haulage work and courier jobs.

Only issue I have had is was unable to log in one morning, called the office, reset my password there and then, I think the entire call was around 2 minutes? fantastic service, the loads themselves are plentiful and yes some members do leave their loads on a little longer than they should once they are sold but I have only come across this twice in my 9 months on the site.

Discourteous & Arrogant Company

Having been in the Transport Industry for around ten years I was looking for further ways to fill empty returning vehicles. I had the misfortune to enquire about membership of this company. In response to a request on their site they rang me and because I was busy dealing with something I had to reject their sales call. Within a couple of minutes I received an email from them stating that because I had rejected their call that they were' withdrawing their offer of a trial membership' and that' my information would be removed and further requests would be declined' There was some garbage about them needing to be able to contact 'reliable' people and this was because 'I didn't want to speak to them' an incorrect assumption ...There are much better ways to word this automatic email you complete *******s you should be trying to encourage prospective customers to get back in touch not P******g them off

If you must send such a discourteous email all you have to say is something like:
We are sorry that we missed you and as I am sure you will understand we cannot keep calling you back however if you would like to further enquire please contact us at time which is convenient
JUST MANNERS AND COURTESY it costs nothing

Dear Marc
Firstly I must apologise for the service you have received from the Sales team at Returnloads.net.
I can totally understand why you feel this was discourteous and I will most certainly be looking into this further. We do not aim to upset our future members in any way and I can only think there must have been a misunderstanding here for this kind of email to be sent to you.
We would of course be very happy to offer you an extended 1 month Free Trial of the service which would suit your business extremely well.
If you would like to go ahead with this please contact me at Michele@returnloads.net and I will personally handle your request to ensure your receive the best customer service and get to see the benefits of Returnloads.net.
Once again, I apologise for the negative experience and will be investigating the process further to ensure this is not a regular occurrence I thank you for bringing this to my attention and hope to hear from you soon.
Regards
Michele

Great value for money.

Great value for money.
I have never had a problem using this site as it is simple to navigate and if you have a problem the support staff are on hand via a simple phone call. Unlike other exchanges which can be expensive and complicated Returnloads is good value and very easy to use with lots of quality companies as members.

Returnloads an invaluable tool in the transport business

Our company has used Returnloads.net for many years now and found it increasingly more and more useful in finding work for our vehicles. Backloads are the most useful part of Returnloads especially when we have trucks delivering to remote parts of the UK and we struggle to find any work out of those areas however we have also found many loads out of our own area when we get a bit quiet and this really helps as we hate having trucks and drivers standing around with no work. So all in all we would certainly recommend Returnloads as an extremely important tool in our industry.

I have seen hauliers on there displaying documents O'License when it was revoked 3 months earlier.
Is that what we pay for..?

With regards to the 'Sold Loads', this is an area we have in fact started to look into and have our development team working on various solutions that will hopefully tackle this problem.
