Very poor experience with ReturnPal and JR Liquidations Limited

I am leaving this review based only on my own direct experience with ReturnPal and JR Liquidations Limited.

I used ReturnPal for Amazon removal and return stock. The service was presented as a way for Amazon sellers to send returned, overstocked or unwanted stock to ReturnPal, have it processed, resold or liquidated, and then receive payment or accounting for the stock.

Over a period of months, I sent a substantial amount of stock through this process. This was not informal or undocumented. The stock movements are supported by Amazon removal order records, tracking numbers, delivery records, ReturnPal dashboard records, and screenshots showing activity on my ReturnPal account.

My ReturnPal account showed my client ID, delivered packages and sold items. I also have bank evidence showing JR Liquidations Ltd made a payment to me with the reference ReturnPal, which links the company and the trading name in an actual payment relationship.

Despite this, I have not received proper payment or a full accounting for the stock I sent. The amount involved is significant, with stock sent having a cost value of over £22,000.

The most concerning part of my experience is that when the matter was raised through my debt recovery contact, Jacob Robinson, via the JR Liquidations eBay account, stated that there were no outstanding invoices or stock relating to me. In my view, that is very difficult to reconcile with the records I hold, including the ReturnPal dashboard, Amazon tracking, delivery evidence, sold item records and the previous payment from JR Liquidations Ltd under the ReturnPal reference.

I am not relying on rumours or assumptions here. My review is based on records I hold from Amazon, ReturnPal, delivery tracking, bank records and communications.

This matter is now subject to court proceedings, so I am keeping this review factual and limited to my own experience.

Based on my experience, I would strongly caution other Amazon sellers before sending stock to ReturnPal or JR Liquidations Limited unless they are completely satisfied about how stock will be tracked, how proceeds will be accounted for, when payments will be made, and what protections exist if payment is not received.

At present, I would not use this service again and I cannot recommend it.
