I ordered a pair of Oakley prescription lenses 28 Jan 24. After sending in my original Oakley frames w/ lenses, Levant acknowledged receiving them, then lost them. The company informed me they would take full responsibility. After completing the new lenses, the company then said they didn’t pass quality control and would remake them. After nearly four months, I received the new frames and lenses, but did not send lenses to replace the pair the company lost. To recap, I sent in a $220 pair of Oakley Flak jacket glasses. Then paid an additional $255 for the new prescription lenses. The company lost my original glasses then sent a new frame with the prescription lenses I paid for leaving me without the original lenses sent in despite telling me they would send them back to me. If you order prescription lenses from this company, do not send your original lenses. Customer service does provide a timely response to emails, but business processes within the company are poor and the company does not stand behind their product.

I've had a couple pairs of these lenses, and while they fit well, and seem to be good quality out of the box, the inner coating starts to peel off after a few months making them unusable. I replaced my first ones after they started peeling, but for the second pair I had, I reached out to customer service. They specifically said that the peeling was an issue they had made improvements on since I bought my lenses, indicating they knew about the issue. Even so, they would not honor their 1-year manufacture defect warranty. Look for other options, there are lots of reviews online saying they start to peel on the inside after a while. Unfortunate they won't back up their product and stated warranty.
Update: I see Revant replied to this review - to their points, my lenses are still under the 1 year manufacturing warranty, and I paid full price for my current set, they are not replacements from another order. I've explained this to their customer service via email, but they won't honor the warranty.

My initial order was incorrect, due to my error. After contacting Revant, a great customer service representative, Kaylah, reached out. She was able to properly identify the correct lenses I needed and sent them out. I can't thank Kaylah and the Revant team for going the extra mile to make my error correct!!! I highly recommend Revant should you need any new replacement lenses.

Sent frames in to get lens replacement because it was hard to determine the model of the frames. They were quick and it was easy. Came back like new sunglasses in about a week! If you are not shure of your frame model, send it in.
Dont waste your time. I ordered a pair of replacement lenses for my Persols and sent them the model number and they sent me lenses that were too big. contacted them and they had me send them photos of the frame, etc which i did and they told me they would send me the correct lenses...but all they did was reship me the exact same size. two weeks gone...you can't get a human on the line...stay away from the scam of a company.

The first package got lost in the mail but the company were happy to send another free of charge and I received it quickly. The lenses are really good. I actually like them better than the original Oakley ones that were in the glasses before.
I've seen some bad reviews out there, not sure what that's all about...
I would definitely recommend Revant.

After having to cancel my initial order, I did some serious reconsidering and came back to Revant. I wasn't sure they would be as good as the Oakley lenses, but the price was just too good. Received my lenses and compared them looking through the Oakleys and the Revants and I see no difference. They popped right into the Turbine frame with ease. I've worn them several times now and they look and feel great.

I contacted the return department because the polarized film on the lens of my Oakley Ejectors was peeling off after a year. My warranty ended the 31st of March, yet I reached out on April 2nd. I would think that with a claim within a couple of days, they would honor the warranty. Perhaps the lens cost less for a very good reason. Suffice to say I will go elsewhere from now on and pay the extra cost from Oakley for replacement lenses. This all seems quite shortsighted.

Purchased some emerald green polarized lenses to replace my lenses on my old Oakley targetlines. Put in the order on March 7th and the lenses were in my hands by the 14th. The lenses were easy to replace and made my Oakley's seem brand new again. The revant lenses have a golden/tan tint when looking thru them vs Oakley's grayish/blue tint. However, the clarity is almost the same if not better IMHO....thanks revant! You earned a customer!

Ordered a pair of lenses for my wayfarers and thought they were too small so started an exchange for the next size up. Those were too big. Turns out I had the first set of lenses swapped and they just looked too small. Great customer service process via chat that helped me through a major brain fart. Hopefully wont need too many lense replacements but this is where ill go

One of the worse companies I've ever delt with. They shipped my package x2 lenses for Oakleys and never received the package after a month so I reached out to consumer service and waited for a response after another 5 days of waiting they said they had lost the package and would reship, they really didn't care and wouldn't even give me a discount or free shipping for the inconveniences and now the package took 8 days just to get to the shipping center. Avoid this company at all costs. ( Just buy new glasses )

I purchased replacement lenses for my Oakley Two Face sun glasses. Really good quality lenses that were easy to imstall. I am very happy with the purchase.Shipping time was bit long but that's to be expected because they were shipped to Canada. The only thing I would improve is to charge the import duties upfront so you don't get charged by the delivery service.

After reading other reviews I’ve had similar negative experiences. Had I ordered the correct lens size, I probably would have been a very satisfied customer, but communication with customer service is poor. Each attempt to talk with customer service takes 2 days to get a response.I felt I had allowed plenty of time to get these before an end of month trip, but sadly not going to happen. I’m going to ask for a refund if this last attempt to reach out to customer service does not resolve my issue.
