Aldi fantastic comparison with waterfeatures2go
I bought a blue cascading terracotta water feature for the garden last year from waterfeatures2go. I had covered it over Winter and emptied out the water. Despite, when I took the cover off last weekend, the large bottom container had broken in 3 pieces. Since they offered a 2 year warranty, I contacted the company the other day and they said "tough'" we don't cover frost damage. Since all their products are destined for the garden, this seems idiotic! Aldi today emailed me details of an identical terracotta water cascade for a fraction of the price of waterfeatures2go, with no delivery charge (versus £4:95) and a 3 year warranty. This offer is available online from Aldi from April 24th and in store from April 26th. Needless to say, I have ordered on and suggest you do the same. Buy Aldi and not waterfeatures2go!
AVOID
AVOID, I tried to leave a review and it came a message that they want more details, the address is the phone, message of the order.

Hammonds Furniture - Reference CG918
Hammonds Furniture sent Paul Larbey to deal with the fitting of bedroom furniture. He worked with great care and efficiency and I would not hesitate to recommend him. Quality of the highest order. Even cleared up well.

We would highly recommend ScS …
The ScS store at Straition where we purchased our new sofas could not have been any nicer on the morning we walked through there doors.
They were very pleasant to us and as soon as we started our walk around the shop, we were met by a member of staff called Darren.
He helped us finally make up our minds on the sofas we then decided to purchase.
His help was greatly appreciated. He explained all the options available to us.
We are over the moon that we chose ScS for our new sofas and cant wait for them to arrive.

I had used review centre for a while now. One day all my reviews went to zero. I emailed them about a month ago and still no reply
I started using Reviewcentre in 2003 …
I started using Reviewcentre in 2003 and found it lively and entertaining. That was until the 'buy-out' which ushered in a gradual decline in standards.
Nowadays, I wouldn't give tuppence for the site as there are far too many unanswered questions--many of which are voiced on this site.

Good review site that is easy and …
Very good review site that is easy and fast to use. No problems with having to provide 'proof' of transaction with reviewed companies. Reviewed companies also appear to be more accurately shown for what they are because of this i.e. companies that are unhappy with critical reviews can't have them deleted weeks or months after being written by demanding to see proof of a transaction....unlike some review websites....
Downside is that there doesn't appear to be a listing for every website via this review site.
Reviewcentre does not care!
I am a businessowner and thought reviewcentre is fair and posts genuine reviews for everyone to see and based ont his make the choice of which company to use. I have a team constantly reviewing the comments to see where we can improve, so i came across a particular review of 1 star towards my company where client states he could not get a car with a quote. He neither had a booking or paid us, he simply thouight he can take a quote and expect a free car. I explained this to reviewcentre team however they simply dont care and would not even give me a chance to talk to the client at least giving the quote number- it shows very unfair picture of multiple companies, its simply unfair - very dissapointed!
Negative reviews of Ergoflex get removed
I posted a 3 star review of Ergoflex memory foam mattress saying it was far too hot and within 24 hours my review was removed. Reviewcentre told me Ergoflex flagged it and that I should send them my name, address, phone number and invoice to get the review put back.
I sent all the information they asked for and got absolutely no reply from them and after nearly a week my review has still not been reinstated. Contrast this with trustpilot who reinstated my review very quickly after i provided the necessary evidence and you can only come to the conclusion that reviewcentre is a con and should not be trusted.
Negative review of Actinic Software taken down after 4 years!
I wrote a negative review, like 2 stars about a ecommerce company who software had started to go downhill about 5/6 years ago. This review was written about 4 years ago and suddenly ReviewCentre contacted me asking me for proof of purchase and took my review down. I said I will provide proof but don't want my name or company name being passed to other party..they never replied.
Either way, rarely does anyone keep prove of purchase that long as they well knew. I also noticed that this same software company was systematically removing negative reviews from the web and staff writing their own 5 star reviews (they even used their real names so they were easy to spot!)
Poor customer service, happily post trolling reviews of our business.
They happily post any negative review most of which is trolling on their website. As the business owner you have to try and type war and peace to get a negative review removed in some sort of court style case delivery which usually ends in the review staying even though you as the business did nothing wrong. It is clear as I'm right here now doing it that 99% of people only make an effort to right a review when they have had a poor experience usually of their own doing by not complying with company terms and conditions. Or in the excellent example of delivery companies anyone who had a parcel lost, but if your parcel/letter arrived you would not take the time to write a review and say "awesome service" as it is a daily occurrence. As such these companies get a really bad deal on such review sites and cannot get their page removed which makes them look like the worst business on earth. Our business review page was refused to be taken down by the reviewcentre which was plagued with negative reviews by customers who rightly got charged late fees for late returns. This is not a valid complaint it is a business necessity to to charge late fees for renting equipment; otherwise what is the incentive to ever return the kit on time??? However, they refuse to allow such business to remove their listing or the invalid negative reviews. Terrible customer service and I would never take anything on their website as a genuine review of that business as it is mainly trolling.
Fake good reviews and bad reviews removed
I recently wrote a bad review about a company and it was almost instantly removed, I then had to jump through hoops to get it reinstated. By the time it was it had been pushed far down the page by clearly fake reviews.
I have just been back on the site and my review has been removed completely and no sign anywhere that it ever existed.
Lots more clearly fake reviews though!!
Disgrace
DO NOT DISPLAY ON GOOGLE REVIEWS
I have been using Review Centre for 5/6 years with hundreds of reviews that now cannot be used with Google reviews star rating and cannot transfer or use the data from RC.
I suggest staying clear from these guys and use a review company that comply with Google's review guidelines.
Off to start my reviews from scratch.
