Do not trust Reviews.io or anyone…
Do not trust Reviews.io or anyone associated with them. Reviews.io doesn't allow you to leave 1 star reviews. All the reviews there are fake!
Dodgy website with dodgy reviews
Dodgy company with probably false reviews. If you want to use them as a standard for a website you want to deal with, don't.
They have fake reviews for cerebrumiq
Terrible - unusable platform
Terrible - can’t use the program or edit any reviews to show customer experience
"Reviews.io " is also cooperating with fraud?
I bought the product on the "asicminertool.com " site believing in "Reviews.io 's review", but this site did not send the product after receiving my money.
I've emailed "Reviews.io " 3 times and asked to block this scammer's account, but there's no feedback.
I seriously doubt that "Reviews.io " is also cooperating with fraud.
Don't trust their platform
A real pain to get a 1-star review out there. It has been moderated initially, then got published, then got moderated again. Sounds like the moderation team don't really know what they are doing. As it stands now, they don't allow it to be out there because of how I described how I felt about the experience with the trader I was reviewing. Didn't know they have the ability to tell you how you feel. Obviously, the traders are paying members and so they are incentivised to keep them on the platform as it pays their salaries. So in a way they act as a gate keeper for 1 star reviews, allowing potentially fake 5 star reviews instead. Should've some on Trustpilot to read about them before I engaged with the trader based on their reviews on reviews.io. Won't use their platform again as their business model is fundamentally flawed, protecting bad traders who pay their salaries and hiding away real genuine customers experiences.
A shambles
Sent me an email which was messed up instead of saying the actual company name it just had the word’s company and name, on top of this they are asking me to write a review of petworld.ie before Friday the11th to be in with the chance of winning €50 but they send this email today on the 11th so it’s too late and pointless.
Brilliant customer service
Very helpful person(SK3) from one call insurance group. Extremely helpful and professional
Reviews.IO Censor Your Reviews
They censor reviews and this is their practice...
This practice was invented by the Nazis and any website who uses them should be avoided because I 100% guarantee that the reviews you're reading about them will not be the full picture
Unless you avoid the websites using Reviews.IO then the practice of censorship will continue and you'll also be labelled a Nazi for accepting it
I recently had some trusts and wills…
I recently had some trusts and wills drawn up by townandcountrylaw, the service from kirsty redding was excellent, she was very helpful and got things sorted very quickly, highly recommend this firm
Untrustworthy
I seem to be getting a lot of emails to review companies using this review site. I think the whole business is fishy, have a look at their website.
If I feel a company is worth reviewing I'd much rather use, and trust, Trustpilot.
A Platform for Misinformation
This site is an absolute mess. It allows anyone to post reviews, whether they're real customers or not, with no verification process whatsoever. I've seen numerous fake reviews filled with false claims, advising you to contact suspicious emails or links, and they are obviously written by people who have never used the services they’re reviewing.
It seems like they don't care about accuracy or fairness—just the volume of reviews. It's a breeding ground for misinformation, and businesses can easily get trashed for no reason. If you're looking for trustworthy feedback, steer clear of this site!
FALSE REVIEW SITE
FALSE REVIEW SITE - avoid like the plague all reviews on their site aren't verified. If you're uncertain on a company use Trustpilot as they verify reviews.
I've seen so many fake 'anonymous' reviews on the site ruins the reps of so many respectable companies.
,shocking roman Original customer service
Been buying from roman originals for over 20 years ..my experience with their customer service ...was absolutely useless..can't even sort out a simple returns dress for an exchange ...they don't answer phone calls ...or emails will never purchase fro. Them again
Scam!
I know for a fact that there were recruitment scammers trying to scam me and using their website to show that they were genuine. Completely lost faith. They are noting but a tool for scammers to scam people
Fake site
Fake site, fake reviews. I cannot add new reviews or even register my account.
Scam
Scam, stay away! They have on youtube indicating Jordan Peterson as endorsing them. The ads have been created using AI. After stupid pressure tactics including ‘if you are will lose sleep over $250, then you are ….’ Stay away!
Dishonest Practices and Review Suppression
I've had a very disappointing experience with Reviews.io. I submitted a review for a company that provided poor service, and despite the review being factually accurate and compliant with all guidelines, it has been suppressed from public view.
After submitting my review and verifying it, I was informed that it was being investigated by the moderation team. Despite multiple follow-ups, my review was never published. Instead, I was given vague explanations, including that the review was pulled for moderation at the request of the company I reviewed. Reviews.io confirmed that my review was valid, yet it remains hidden, apparently because the company wanted to suppress negative feedback.
This experience has seriously undermined my trust in Reviews.io as a platform that provides transparent and honest reviews. It appears that companies can easily abuse the moderation process to hide negative feedback, which makes the platform unreliable for consumers looking to make informed decisions.
If you value honest and transparent reviews, I would caution against relying on Reviews.io, as my experience suggests that the platform may not be as impartial as it claims to be. My review is still not visible, and it seems that negative reviews can be easily suppressed, which is deeply concerning.
The Companies they list moderate out poor reviews!
I left a poor review for a company through Reviews.io, which still, four days later, doesn't appear anywhere. They promised the review would be posted two days ago, but that was a lie! They also say the company can "moderate" the review, which means filtering out poor reviews. So don't believe the reviews from these guys! Ironic I am leaving a review for a review company (Reviews.io) on another (trusted) review company (Trustpilot) site!
