Good service a chap named George helped me with some part numbers i had he was great help and knew what he was talking about which really helped.Delivery time was not the best longer than i expected i did email to ask about delivery and was emailed back within the hour so good service part came next day and was perfect so thank you all at Revills.

Matt helped me to find a part for my Lawnflite mower and went above and beyond to speak to them directly so that we could order the correct part.
I was really impressed with his help and would strongly recommend them.

The Item I ordered was discontinued but Charmaine kept on top of it until she had a replacement and kept me up to date by phone throughout. I wish customer service was always like this

I’m very happy with the product, postage very quick . I would use revill mowers again for parts.

Unfortunately had a really bad experience, delivery was late, despite requesting and being assured of next day delivery, but to compound matters required parts were not included which meant another 4 day delay and more costs.
What was worse was the lack of customer service, no apologies, no communication.

I made the order on July 8, but still have not received the goods and there is no information about my order.

Excellent service and although I have had to return the item as it was the incorrect part the returns process was straightforward. Communications could have been a little better but overall excellent service.

Mower parts ordered and delivery cost cover postage to Northern Ireland and delivery was on time.

Order parts on line they had what I needed and confirmed within 24 hours. First class people.

I want to start by saying a massive thank you for their help on the telephone twice prior to my purchase and the easy process/purchase of my item during these strange times. I spoke to 2 different people and both were as helpful as one another.

Excellent service, got our part 2days later.
One complaint is your postage charge to Scotland, horrendous it was only a small envelope and £10 +., if I wasn’t desperate for the part I would not have ordered it.
