Time taken in explaining different mowers, took a lot a trouble to get our ride on at an acceptable price

Fantastic service. Initially a routine maintenance, collected and returned on time. Subsequent problem (not connected with the service) needed some diagnosis and Russell used his own spares to try to sort it. Eventually traced to cable fault which was rectified quickly. Really personal service and good communication. Can't fault it!

I have used Revill mowers several times now to obtain spares for my Snapper ride on and have always had great service with fast delivery with no complaints, in saying that I am still waiting for a part delivery that I placed before the new year but they have contacted me explaining that the parts had to be ordered from the US and that’s where the delay is.

I needed a mulch plug for my Briggs & Stratton mower that was not available in the UK. Kate of Revill Mowers said they could source one in Europe and would I like them to organise it for me. She confirmed it would be at no extra cost, so I agreed and it has just arrived,

We received a friendly welcome when we visited their premises, and we were given honest and experienced advice. The delivery and demonstration of our new ride-on mower was prompt and professional. Very happy to know that they are just a phone call away if we experience any problems with the machine!

Searched everywhere for the part I required for my mower, contacted Revill and they couldn't be more helpful from start to finish making sure that I was ordering the correct part by cross referencing model/make and engine.
Kept me updated with delivery as it had to be shipped from USA, arrived when said it would.
Great customer service and told my friends who require anything this is the place to go.

Sourcing a spare part which the manufacture lists as "Belt". If they gave the specs, then finding the part would be a whole lot easier.

However after a friendly chat via the phone and the part was ordered - delivered a week later and very happy with the service.

One element which gave me cause to drop the number of stars was the profiteering on post and packaging. 9.95 for shipping. when the item arrived the postal cost was much much less, so even taking into account the padded C5 envelop, time etc. I can't quite understand how that equates to such a significant cost.

Can't fault the services, thats great, but I'd recommend shopping around as the shipping costs are not an easy one to swallow. (9.95 vs cost approx 2.80 - 3.00) - everywhere else seems a more resonable 4.95 for shipping.

Excellent turn-round for a spare that I had found difficult to source elsewhere. In addition, when I omitted (in error) a significant part of the delivery address, within half an hour of submitting the order I had a charming phone call asking me for the missing details. I award TWO Brownie points for such service!

I purchased 2 foot of fuel line and was charged over £14. A week later purchased the same fuel line and a spark plug from another dealer and was charged £8,50 charging £2.20/foot! Need I say more!

We recently visited Revill Mowers looking for a robot mower. We had spoken to several other local companies that were not as competitively priced and did not appear to be able to do what we were asking. Russell visited our property and immediately began problem solving areas on our lawn that we were worried about and told us realistically what could be achieved and how. He provided us swiftly with a competitive quote and the lawn mower was fitted within a few weeks. I knew from the first time we met Russell that he was the man for the job. His fingers were green showing me that he was a hands on mower man! He did not disappoint. He was courteous and polite, quick and efficient and came back a week after installation to make the very few tweaks that needed doing without question and as part of the price. Our lawn has gone from strength to strength. I cannot recommend Revill Mowers highly enough. If you are looking for a reliable and competitively priced company whose customer service is second to none, look no further.

Super help on the phone in choosing mower and blower- followed up with speedy delivery some 150 miles away. Both working superbly.

Revill Mowers were the only company to actually respond to my query relating to a replacement drive gear for my old Ego mower, and that included Ego themselves. The part was delivered within a week and my mower is up and running again. This excellent service means that Revill will be my first port of call whenever I need another spare part or to buy a replacement mower.
