filed a lawsuit in the US and europe…
filed a lawsuit in the US ad europe together with 27 lawyers and over 91 victims of revoluts false and buggy "pending" status stuff.
Many users do have the problem of "merchant probles" when trying to do a payment, when it gets deducted from the account the user needs to wait 14 days.
This allows revolut to have a interest free credit / loan while pointing on "the receivers bank having a issue, but the reality is diffrent. They keep the money and do not care about the blocked users funds. 0. Even if its a family of 4 travelling for 14 days and facing a isue on airbnb's end while using revolut as "travel card, manageable by app".
Revolut is using its malicious software / error as it's own benefit ! Insiders are confirming more issues and even shared internal documents as proof on many other cases about families, blocked funds ecc.
Most recent case: airbnb booking was first blocked then in a second attempt less tahn a minute ago it came trough without airbnb having a valid booking/clearing, means, money hanging somewhere in the air, users lost money for 14 days and revolut nor airbnb do anythng.
Revolut simply says: the merchant needs to deny the payment, but the merchant says the same about revolut. Thats not a bank, thats theft. We need to stop allowing such frames to get global attention!!
@revolut: dont even ask for hthe account mail, last time users shared it they got blocked and had to re-verify its account, whoever know why you did that and behave like that. if you want to get in touch with a solution, we will find a way.
