I am extremely disappointed and writing…
I am extremely disappointed and writing this with a heavy heart with how Revolut has handled my case.
I told them I needed my money immediately as I have to travel I even told them that I had to trave somewhere I can’t wait that long
Its because my friend was sick and in hospital and now he is no more and I’m sitting at my home.
Because their shit support team and their platform doesn’t have any way or workflow to handle any urgent or high priority issues….
On 13 July, I received 400 USDT, and the transfer was immediately placed under verification. I fully cooperated from the very beginning. I submitted every document requested, including proof of the sender, the reason for the transfer, and even screenshots of my conversation with my brother because your app specifically requested them.
Despite providing everything immediately, I have received no meaningful update whatsoever.
What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of transparency. Every time I contact support, I receive the same generic copy-and-paste response: “We’ve forwarded your case.” That tells me absolutely nothing.
I have repeatedly asked simple questions:
* What exactly is being verified?
* What is causing the delay?
* Which stage is my case currently at?
* What is the realistic timeframe?
Not a single support agent has been able to answer any of these basic questions.
To make matters worse, I have received information. One agent told me the review usually would take 24–48 hours then he claimed it could take up to 28 days. Which one is correct?
He was trying to convince me that wait …..while I’ve been telling him that its super urgent and I have to travel and it’s the only money I have sk forward it to your team to resolve it right away but they just wanted to tell me that’s its a final verdict and it will be resolved on usual timeframe… Your own support team cannot even provide consistent information.
Intead of listening to client urgency they trying to convince me on what they saying despite the urgency of matter
I also explained that this is an urgent situation. This is the only money I currently have available in my Revolut account. I need it for essential travel. Instead of showing any urgency or empathy, my case has been treated like a ticket number with no accountability.
Holding customer funds for an extended period without providing any meaningful status updates is unacceptable. I understand compliance checks are necessary, but there is no excuse for keeping customers completely in the dark after they have already submitted all requested evidence.
On top of that can’t you even take a matter based on urgency

I have never encountered any problems…
I have never encountered any problems with my card whilst using at home or abroad. No fees on transactions and security has jumped in when it was necessary. E sim used in Turkey and cheaper than other providers and worked well for me.

Absolute terrible banking
Absolute terrible banking. It will ask you a million stupid questions before making 1 transaction. So many unnecceray code sent to your email just for a simple transaction. Charges stupid amount of fee for banking services whoch other provode for free. DO NOT USE REVOLUT. Absolute disguisting system. You ise it once and it will keep asking you why you spent where you spent who you were with. HORRIBLE
