Best website ever to get parts from

I recently made a purchase on the Revzilla website. The day after I received the purchase, I found the product cheaper on another website. I sent the match refund request and received a refund for the amount difference within 24 hours. I have always had great service with Revzilla and would recommend them for any purchases you're looking to make.

I live in Hawaii and buying a helmet without being able to try it is hard! The return policy is fine except for the fact that even if we join the preferred rider program we have to
Pay for return shipping. It would be really appreciated if you would at least get us your rate with a ground carrier for returns, like other online retailers, to make taking the sizing risk more affordable.

The part arrived on time and it was what I expected in the package.

I ordered a helmet, but I received the wrong helmet. I contacted Revzilla about the mistake and they took care of the return for me. I’m glad they fully refunded me, including the return label. Then I reordered the helmet, but this time from the manufacturer. It was a night and day difference. The Schuberth box and helmet was in perfect condition. Unfortunately, after I received the manufacturer package, I realized Revzilla sent out a used helmet in the wrong box. The used helmet had finger prints, the visor sticker obviously had the sticker removed then put back, the box looked like it was tossed around. It seems like a previous customer swapped helmets and returned it, giving me headaches. I don’t think Revzilla checks returned items before putting them back on the shelf.

Love the Revzilla reviews. The helmet is even better in person.
