Best Online Shop for Motorcycle Gear

I liked the wide array of options, decent prices, reviews, and ease of checkout.

My only complaint is the RPM Annual Subscription doesn't renew and I lost my saved points that I intended to use on a big purchase, as I expected the subscription to automatically renew.

*Update: after working with their customer service team they helped get the rewards back in my account!

Terrible experience with Revzilla

Ordered a helmet and a pair of boots from RevZilla because their website said both items would ship within 24 hours. That didn’t happen. It took them about five days just to ship my order, and then another week before it even reached customs.
Once it finally cleared U.S. customs, the package somehow got sent back to their warehouse for no reason. Nobody explained why. I asked for a full refund since I never received my order, but they only refunded me part of it, they kept the shipping costs.
According to Dutch consumer protection law, I’m entitled to a full refund including shipping, so that’s really disappointing. The whole experience has been slow, frustrating, and handled pretty poorly. I definitely wouldn’t recommend ordering from RevZilla, especially if you’re outside the U.S. And not to forget the default auto reply below any review…

Yeah it's fine

I'm perfectly satisfied with the purchase but I miss the old Revzilla, pre merger. That place was 5/5 all day long. New Revzilla is just another internet retailer. Hard to be enthusiastic but I guess they had the part I needed at a decent enough price and they shipped it fast.

Great online retailer!

I've only made one purchase from Revzilla so far but I had a great experience and definitely plan to make more purchases in the future. Standard shipping was VERY fast, the whole ordering process was easy to navigate, and as a bonus you earn rewards even if you don't sign up for the additional RPM program (which is probably worth it if you plan to buy a lot or expensive gear). I would definitely recommend Revzilla as a regular option for checking out pricing and looking for good deals.

Shipment received was half correct.

Order came in two shipments.
1. Two tires - Correct as ordered.
2. Two inner tubes - Size was different than the order. Contacted Customer Service, provided written explanation, and multiple photos (including photo of order confirmation stating correct size). Received the identical wrong size in "corrected" shipment. Was provide unclear instructions on how to proceed. Just want to return incorrect inner tubes and cancel that part of order. Ordered 27 Oct. Last received 4 Nov.

Better prducts, higher prices

I have bought several motorcycle-related items from Chinese marketplaces and from RevZilla.
RevZilla's products are way too expensive but also the quality is way higher.
So, if I had enough money, I wouldn't have a deal with Chinese staff at all, pretty much everything could be bought from good store.
