Really Good but I wish their Visa cards worked in apple pay for costco in the us. Also I wish you could reload you card right thru rewarble. But other than that it works really well.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever!
28 of januari i tried recharging my visa qeta card from rewarble they advertised it as instant recharge well nothing is instant about it, because it’s now February 5 still didn’t get my money back I’ve made 3 tickets first one was on the day itself 28 of januari first response was in February 3 saying:"Dear Customer,

We have an update regarding your inquiry. Due to a technical issue, your card load remains in a pending state. We are resolving this with the card issuer, at this stage the expected resolution is that the pending load will be reverted to your Rewarble account within the next 12 hours.

Thank you for your patience."
I’m happy that I would get my money back i wait the 12 hours… nothing, so there i go make another ticket saying:"Hello,

I have now been waiting over 7 days for this issue to be resolved.
You confirmed that the pending Qeta load would be reverted to my Rewarble Wallet within 12 hours.
This has not happened.

Please confirm immediately when the funds will be returned."
Now they responded today (February 5)

"Dear customer,

Thank you for your patience, and we sincerely apologize for the delay.

The reversal has taken longer than initially expected because the issue has not yet been fully resolved with the card issuer. Unfortunately, this means the pending Qeta load could not be reverted within the originally estimated timeframe.

Please rest assured that the case is still actively being handled, and once the card issuer completes their part, the funds will be returned to your Rewarble wallet automatically. We will notify you as soon as this happens.

We understand the frustration this delay may cause and appreciate your continued patience while this is being resolved.

So they’re just saying that i have to wait for who knows how long for MY money and during this process the item is now permanently out of stock this is unacceptable and I request rewarble to fix my problem in an other way because i don’t think i should have to wait on their problems.

Rewarble critics

I made a typo in the email for the Payment and rewarble refuses do change it they said the money is coming back to my rewarble balance in 30 days and than I can do the same process again they are so unprofessional I don’t recommend this site for further payments
