The actual person I spoke to when I ordered the keys (Sharon) was very helpful. The problem was the delivery I was told it may be a few days, I was then told it would arrive on Saturday 20th February, but after chasing a couple of times the keys arrived on the 26th February.

Very pleasant staff but advertise and sell something as being in stock that isn't. Weren't able to offer a suitable solution / replacement item.

Sorry about the issue, the Rhino website was due to be upgraded to a new improved platform but covid 19 has delayed this.
We decided not to carry on updating the current site because of this, the new site should go live later this month which would avoided this issue for you.
