Only one star because you cant give it…

Only one star because you cant give it no stars. Avoid like the plague it's a Chinese rip off. They look like they are a U.K. company but they are not.
I ordered B.B.Q. mats at the beginning of May and nothing delivered by August.
When you register an e mail query the response is to ask you to rate the query with a number, I have done this 3 times. That is the end you never hear from them again.
It's a scam.
I have asked my credit card company to refund me.

This is a no star review. Avoid this company

This is a no star review. In March I ordered a mini saxophone from the Rhinolla Co. Uk website. After weeks of waiting, and several unanswered emails, I have finally given up. I have requested a refund. Dream on!. Interestingly, I received a package, of unsolicited plastic teeth braces, would you believe. I have since found they sell on their website. To sum up, avoid this company. As for their Co. Uk website that is to draw you in to thinking it operates from these shores. China more likely.

***OMG THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST***

***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY***

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD HAVE!!

They are trading under a UK web address but all transactions are from China.....so you ain't getting a refund.

Bought a pair of 'Men's Fashion Big Pocket Loose Shorts' - and what can I say they looked nice on the web page and the pictures and for £26 including delivery I thought what the hell its a UK web address therefore a UK business and easy to deal with.................Oh not the case!!!

3 weeks alter the delivery turns up and when I opened the package and double checked against the website the products are NOT the same design, material, colour, shape, style.............basically not the correct product.

What they did ship me for my £26 is a pair of shorts that waist could fit an Action Man doll and in the style of 'Some Mothers Do Have Them'.

Ive contacted the company and they have sent through a quick email saying-

Hello,
We are sorry that you are not satisfied with our product. Unfortunately, we do not offer a return slip.
If you want to send it back, you need to take the postage yourself.
The adress is,
Warehouse No. 10, Building 5, Jin Shi Logistics Park
Huangshan str. 99, southeast development zone
215500 changshu
jiangsu province
People's Republic of China
Please give us the shipment number after shipping. After the goods have arrived, we will carry out the refund for you as soon as possible.
If the postage is too much for you, we have another offer. You keep the item and we will refund you 20% of the payment.

(They cant even bloody spell)
****************
The goods they have shipped would cost no more than £1.50 to make never mind £26.00 - I wouldn't even wash my cars alloy wheels with the product.

Ive raised this with PayPal and hopefully they can sort out the credit issues and this company just sounds like its run from a small sweat shop in some dirty back lane in China BUT they have a good marketing team PMSL............

If they dont pick this crap up and give me a credit Im going on a one man crusade to get their name over all social media as their products are pesh!!!!.

I ordered a two in one selfie stick…

I ordered a two in one selfie stick tripod. For £24.99 plus postage. It was cheap plastic rubbish. You know the type of thing, something you can purchase in the £1 shop!! NOTHING like the advertised photo or video. I won’t be putting my iPhone in it. It probably won’t be able to take it’s weight!! Don’t waste your time or money on anything on their site. False advertising of products.. clearly!
