Very disappointed. I bought it as a gift but there were rough edges, splinters and the catch on the back for hanging it was broken. It was so badly packed that I suspect it had already been returned. It was too late to ask for a replacement, and there was no guarantee that the quality would have been any better, so I found a place for it in our own garden and bought a much cheaper and nicer one from the local garden centre. Surprised really, that The RHS would offer customers such a poor item.
