Unfortunately it looks dead - will keep watering in case. Customer services were very helpful and gave me a full refund but it was disappointing.

Sadly the magnolia arrived dehydrated and with heat spots on the leaves. It looked very sad. We returned it and managed to find a far healthier specimen which was double the size, for the same price, at a local garden centre.
