Overall OK. But recently, I have been noticing a delay in the transfer of money to the destination account. Which makes me go to other parties like XOOM, where the money gets transferred immediately.

Seriously bad place
Seriously bad place. A friend asked if he could use Ria instead of WU due to being in a German city with no WU branches. That was a serious mistake. Took him 5 minutes to send the money in, but by the time I got the cash out (only a few hundred quid…) I was made to feel like I owed these condescending nut jobs half of it. Can’t remember the last time someone tried to patronise me to quite such a degree. Which country (or continent) do you think this is? Check the map just in case please, if you haven’t recently.
Don’t use them. Find a WU. I feel lucky (bar one day of time wasted).
Also, you know you short changed me in the end, right? I had a different number on the receipt. Not a lot of difference, but I am just curious - was I supposed to haggle for it? Wave my hands, or what? What’s the protocol here?
