It's a scam - they make it impossible to return the items for a full refund. Quality is also quite poor.

They are scammers!
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their website states that orders can be returned within 14 days, which was one of the reasons I felt comfortable making a purchase.

However, when I attempted to return my order, I was informed that returns were not possible because the items had been purchased on sale. Before placing my order, I carefully reviewed the return policy—as I always do—and there was no mention that sale items were excluded from returns. I even checked the policy again afterward and could not find any such restriction.

When I raised this issue with customer service, the only response I received was an apology and a discount code for a future purchase. Unfortunately, this does not address the problem or the apparent discrepancy between the advertised return policy and their actual practices.

Based on my experience, I found the return policy to be misleading and the customer service response unsatisfactory. I would be very hesitant to purchase from this company again.

After waiting forever to get my order, the sizing was so far off it was ridiculous. Contacted them for return address and replacement in correct size and they refused. After complaining through email 2 more times, they said send us more money "per item" and we will replace the 3 items.
I refused and filed a fraud dispute with my credit card company. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THESE SCAMMERS WEBSITE.

I don’t typically write negative reviews, and honestly I generally try to avoid posting negative things publicly whenever possible. I know every business deals with difficult situations and misunderstandings from time to time. However, after this experience, I felt it was important to share so other customers can make a more informed decision before ordering.

I ordered clothing from Riccardo Ricci and unfortunately the sizing was significantly different from what was advertised online. I ordered a size large, but the measurements were much smaller than expected based on the sizing information provided on the website.

I contacted customer support within the advertised return window and provided detailed measurement photos after they requested evidence. Throughout the process, I remained polite, responsive, and repeatedly offered to return the items immediately for a refund.

What became frustrating was that despite the website advertising:

* “30-days guaranteed”
* “No questions asked”
* returns/exchanges within the stated window

my return was still denied.

Instead of being allowed to return the items, I was repeatedly offered partial refunds (first 20%, then 30%) if I agreed to keep clothing that did not fit and that I had no use for.

To be fair, the support team itself was polite in communication, and I understand they may simply be following company policy. My issue is more with the disconnect between the return policy advertised publicly and the actual experience I had trying to use it.

Because of this experience, I personally would not recommend ordering from them unless you have already tried their clothing before and are confident in the sizing. When buying clothing online from a brand for the first time, the ability to rely on the stated return policy is extremely important.

I hope this helps others set expectations appropriately before purchasing.

Two weeks for delivery despite being lied to about original despatch date. Awful clothing, very poor quality absolutely dire colours not as shown nor described. A total rip off 😢

I ordered (#72441) the "Santorini set" in Spring Sale in April 2026 for over 90€.
Unfortunately the set, which I ordered size M is far too large. It's an L when I measured length and height of the shirt and trousers, which I was supposed to do as a recommendation of the customer service in the "return process".
I'm trying to return the set, as it doesn't fit and to be honest, the quality is also not what I expected for the price.
The company has a "30 days money back guarantee", however the customer service doesn't want to understand the issue. I get when you deliver from China, the returning process is not easy, but then don't ship directly from China or put height, waist, length of trousers in cm/inches on the webpage. Sizes differ among countries and continents.
For me it seems like a wannabe high class label, which is a cheap scam. I would like to send the set back, however the customer service is not helpful!
Edit: The company tells me that sales items are excluded from return policy although they highlight this on there webpage during sale! It's a scam. Be warned!

MIssmacthed size chart and I have contacted them afterwards without any reasonable solution. Actually they asked extra money to exchnage the size of trousers per piece that is not mentioned anywhere in the return policy they have on their site

The product quality is poor, and I received defective items with shoddy stitching. Out of the eight pieces I ordered, six were finished with extremely poor workmanship. Although I reported this to customer service, they flatly refused to accept any returns or exchanges. While their website advertises a 30-day return policy, they claimed they could not honor it because the items were on sale—despite the fact that these were brand-new arrivals. I paid over $200 in a single transaction, only to receive shoddy goods shipped all the way from China. Everyone, please be careful!

The absolute worst company ever, do not ever buy from them, they will send you clothes that are two sizes too small and then when you follow all of their policies and all of their ridiculous hoops that you jump through to get the refund that they promised, they will send you in this emails telling you all the reasons why they can’t give you a refund

Look around at the other reviews, I wish I had read these before nobody gets refunds when the clothes don’t fit. I went back-and-forth with him for a month and they still never offered it.

Please avoid this firm at all costs- this is a scam.

I spend over £400 and the clothing is of poor quality, sizes are not as advertised and when you request a refund they say it’s not company policy.

This is against uk consumer rights where you are entitled to enhanced rights when buying online to include a refund upon return within 14 days without any reason.

This firm is clearly a scam and I urge all those that are victims to contact trading standards, notify bbc program scam inceptors and write to your local mp.

If we all work together we can stop these type of firms taking honest peoples cash which is not acceptable

Support responsible but not helpful. Article on sales are not refundable. This condition is not written ind the terms and conditions.

SCAM ALERT!

They say you can easily return items if they do not fit, but this is not true.
Once you received them, they try to blame it on you ordering the wrong size.
Crazy that this type of customer service is still possible in todays world of online clothes shopping.

BEWARE!
They offer a no risk return policy should the items not fit, but once you try to do that, no one replies and there is no way to return, let alone receive a refund!

I've received items that are all far too small, and been trying to reach them for return and refund without any reply.

Seems very much like a scam.

My experience with this brand is the best I could expect. I've made a mistake of selecting the wrong sizes but with a simple e-mail contact, I found a reasonable solution with the store and got the right sizes in a reasonable time.

Regarding the quality of the products, I was surprised in a good way. Clothes are comfortable, well built and with overall good quality.

Please be aware!! Despite their brand name, this product is not Italian or European, it is 100% Chinese. Delivery took about one month, and the packaging was similar to Shein or other low-cost brands. I am very disappointed. The product does not look like what is shown in the pictures, nor does it match in social media, how it is marketed on Instagram and Facebook.

I want to point out that the size chart does not match the physical products at all; everything is shorter or smaller by several centimeters.

When returning/exchanging goods, this is not taken into account at all (since it is the fault of the manufacturer/seller).

In terms of returning/exchanging goods, a swap is not possible if the item has been discounted (which applies to approximately 80 to 90% of the range).

However, if you insist on making a complaint, it is necessary to pay 15 euros for each piece of clothing (supposedly for the costs associated with processing the complaint), which represents about half the price of all products.

Nowhere in the terms for complaints or returns is it stated that the item must not be on sale, and for discounted items, the return fee is approximately 15 euros (excluding shipping costs).
