I mean so bad quality they felt like like something you find on a toy. My feet over heated (never had that before) due to the poor material.

I purchased shoes from this company
I purchased shoes from this company, but they turned out to be uncomfortable. I contacted their support team to request a return and a refund, but their communication and response time were very poor. Apparently, their policy does not allow returns, which I believe violates consumer rights. I will be taking legal action to hold this brand accountable, as their practices are unfair to consumers.
Please do not ask for my order number or email; I prefer if you could find my information using my name. This company is horrible and feels like a scam!

I would give Riccardo Ricci no stars if I could. Worst product I've ever ordered. They claim to be in the UK and really located in China. This is fraud & a scam. The clothing doesn't fit and is very cheap. One shirt ripped while trying it on. Material is very thin & isn't at all what they describe on the website. If I could rate it 0 I would…received my item from this company - the wrong size and different material from what was specified. Sent it back to their returns address within 5 days. They are now refusing to refund the item. due to not being returned in the allotted time. I’m absolutely appalled by this service and will never be using them again.

Not a good idea
I’m extremely disappointed with this shop. The quality of their clothing is poor, and their return and refund policy is a complete nightmare—they refuse to accept any returns, even when items are misrepresented or defective. Their customer support has been unhelpful and dismissive at every turn. The ads look fantastic, but the reality is entirely fake. I strongly advise against ordering from them.

I really should have read these reviews…
I really should have read these reviews before ordering, it looked like a legit business but they are far from it. They say they are a premium brand from the uk but they are all sitting in china. I ordered 5 shirts, the measurements were way off and material was cheap. I tried to get a return and they said theres no returns on sale items when EVERYTHING on their site is for sale. Im going to dispute it with the bank and try to get my money back, this is crazy.

Ordered £150 worth of clothing from this store. None of it fit and the quality was very questionable. They have a 30-day money-back guarantee stated on their website. However, when I asked to return the clothing, they refused, saying the items were on sale..... despite their money-back guarantee.

This is a scam
You expect a european company, however they are China-based. Upon arrival of the clothes, the quality looks & feels horrible.
Returning the products is not possible. They do reply on your e-mails, but they wont accept a return. They will use every reason why you can't return. This is just a scam.

Avoid! False ads, no returns
Their ads are fake using false performance info. Before anything arrived, their return/refund policy excluded sale items. 100% of items on their website are for sale and therefore excluded. After confirming I could return via email before their arrival they now confirm I can’t return any item even though 100% of the items clearly dont fit or are of poor quality. Very very poor shiny nylon. "DO NOT BUY" Offer returns but give no return address unless you continue to badger them and it's in China but they operate out of London with delivery depot! I bought the francesco white button down shirt, took a month to arrive, it is not the same as the picture on the website. Completely different trash fabric, came with grey thick lines instead of the thin black lines that were showed in the picture, and just a completely different shirt. They won’t even let me return it what a scam!
