This company does not deserve any…

This company does not deserve any stars. I contacted them over three weeks ago about a pony carriage, They said they were busy and would send me some pictures in 2 weeks. I never received anything and have had to phone them several times in the last week, just to get false promises, then this morning received below picture, I phoned them back for them to just keep making excuses, so I asked if they treat all their customer like that. The man on the phone got stroppy and said don't buy the cart then and put the phone down. I have tried to call back several time to see when the owner is back and they won't answer the phone
