Absolute Scam Artists

I receive constant emails asking me for fees I apparently owe from a claim I made with a different company 13 years ago! This claim had my fees taken out of the payout I got and was done and dusted in 2007. Now Richardson Mail get in touch, not the company I originally dealt with - asking me for fees I never owed in the first place. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM.

what a scam these people are

what a scam these people are, do not use these, after getting your ppi and taking their cut, 2.5 years down the line they will send you letters demanding more money as they made an error on calculating their cut and giving you 14 days to pay up, TOTAL UNPROFESSIONAL CON-ARTISTS. BE WARNED!

Continually ask for payment that I do…

Continually ask for payment that I do NOT owe in approximately three month intervals. Same excuse each time i.e. computer not updated and the person responsible has been sacked. Load of rubbish.

Do not use this company.

Would not recommend

Have had 2 letters sent to me threatening court action over my unpaid bill for them supposedly getting PPI for me. I have seen nothing of this PPI money yet they are still demanding I pay them their cut. NOT HAPPENING. Do not use them

Will make you work for their money

Be warned of this company, they will offer to help with your PPI and ask you to sign a form, they then do the minimum amount of work causing you to do the rest and get in contact with your credit card company and should you win, they swoop in a take a cut for doing very little. I'm sure most PPI solicitors are the same. You are better off doing it yourself.
