Ordering was easy, receiver arrived the next day. Was easy to set up and sounds good.

Had to change a TV mount, very helpful.

Staff were extremely helpful very friendly

Assistant was not "pushy", listened to what I had to say and explained things in full.

I was looking to upgrade my projector but noticed the ones I was looking at there were only a few available, and in stores and no where near me. Assumed I was out of luck, but thought I would call the sales team and ask. Glad I did as they had one in the warehouse that was open box and they did me a great deal on it. So if in doubt, pick the phone up.

Matt was very helpful , as was Jerome . I was given different options on what to buy . Also Matt arranged a demo of the hi fi . I must add , I was outside before opening hours , but Matt let me in and arranged the demo . So very helpful and excellent customer service. I had a problem with connection . Almost always deals with money off coupon and bundles. Products are despatched quickly and available to collect at my local branch in Bromley.
