Efficient to time and delivered date and time expected.

Visited the Bromley branch about repairing/replacing an old projector. The team went out of their way to help and with sound advice from Jerome, purchased the ideal projector for my flat. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home cinema option.

You must give your staff at Bromley and Maidstone a huge pat on the back, good old fashioned Customer service, and so knowledgeable in all areas, a real pleasure to walk through the doors of Richer Sounds, if only Currys could take a leaf out of your book.

The communication was very good. There were couple of emails to confirm the acknowledgment of the purchase as well as the delivery details. I got a separate call from the store manager to confirm that the product arrived in the store and it’s ready to collect. They have also checked the item on behalf of me to ensure the product that was delivered to the shop is correct. All of these made me quite confident when I received the product and the outcome of that is that I am a very happy customer. The product is working well with no issues.
