I had outstanding service by Mike at the Cardiff branch.
Great advice choosing a new turntable and speakers.
Over the last 30 years I have purchased items from Richersounds and will continue.
The only let down was from DPD who dumped my order to the side of my home in the rain, they didn’t even use my safe place which was two orange lid wheelie bins which were dry and empty,the driver didn’t even knock my door.
I have made a complaint to DPD and contacted Mike to tell him what happened.Mike is investigating the matter and is keeping me updated on a matter which I have assured him is not his fault but the courier’s.
I will continue to use Richersounds for any other purchases.

Great company, fantastic customer service

I'm from Toronto Canada I saw welsh customer's had high praise for the staff at the Cardiff Wales location. I had placed an order for an Roberts IStream 3L internet radio. Micheal the store manager came thru delivering this fine product that's hard to get in person, to where I was staying in Creigiau for 7 days before returning to Toronto. My heartfelt thanks to him and his staff on their efforts in making this Canadian a very happy customer . Cheers!!

Usual excellent service from Richer Sounds. Helpful advice and prompt delivery of my new TV.

We were made welcome as soon as we walked into the shop in Cardiff and the gentleman who served us named Andy seeing I was on crutches immediately got me a chair.We said what we were looking for and Andy advised us to get the Argon TT Mk2 turntable which we did, it was delivered the next day as we were told and we are very happy with our purchase.

Found what I needed in a very quick time.
All equipment very good.
And the price was good.

Full attention of the member of staff involved in dealing with my problem. My concerns allayed by his clear explanation of all the technicalities involved.

The new kit I have bought didn't work well with my existing equipment and they have clearly relished the challenge of making things right. I simply cannot fault the service I have received.
