I found they let me look around and get a feel of what might suit my needs and was very helpfull in showing what I really came in for saving me some money .

I called the Richer Sounds helpdesk for more information regarding an offer on a receiver. They provided me an additional GBP20 on an already very discounted product. The helpdesk forwarded my call to the local Chelsea shop for same day pick up. The Chelsea shop wrapped the box in waterproof plastic and create a very secure handle for easy carrying. Friendly shop personnel and excellent service.

Darren at Richer Sounds in Chelsea was very responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant. We upgraded our Sonos amps and used an installation service, outsourced by Richer, which was equally excellent.

Bought the wrong item and exchanged it for the correct sized one. Very good service, simple and efficient and despatched quickly. Can't fault it.

The individual who helped me complete my purchase was Ed in the Chelsea customer services department. I cannot stress how much effort & helpfulness he showed, for which I’m deeply grateful. He did several searches for the product I wanted, across several uk branches. He rang me back several times to update me on what was happening & organised everything. He is a great credit to the richer sounds team & has ensured that I will come to Richer Sounds first whenever I plan to purchase electrical equipment next time.
