Richer Sounds - Chester Reviews 

Bought quite a few things from Richer Sounds in Chester. They have always been superb.

I had prebooked the demonstration room to test out 2 amp and CD systems in a side by side comparison. We were assisted by Ewan, who made the event very interesting and informative, helping us to come to the best decision before making the purchase.
We would recommend the Chester store to anyone planning on buying any audio or visual equipment.

Great service from Richer Sounds. Love my new turntable with desktop speakers and amplifier. Very reasonably priced for a decent quality bit of kit. Delivery was quick aswell, with no problems. I was kept upto date right from the beginning. Will definitely be ordering from them online again when the time comes.

I wanted to get into vinyl, and I was so unsure of who to buy my first turntable from. My parents introduced me to richer sounds, and I am so grateful they did, as the turntable and speakers I bought are incredible. Feels like im hearing it live- actually incredible.

Richer Sounds always go the extra mile. Booked in to listen 2 a couple of music streaming systems to compare. One not available but was ordered specifically for our listening appt. Good advice given and always the best price. Excellent guarantees given too. Can't go wrong with Richer Sounds.

We were trying to purchase a television for someone else, we went to Richer sounds and the staff were well informed, clear on what we needed to complete the package including a wall bracket and when we would receive delivery. It was a good experience and would recommend their services.

Craig was fantastic, spent a lot of time demonstrating various bits of kit that I was interested in showing good product knowledge.

My tv gave up the ghost fortunately with 6 months out of a 6 yr warranty remaining. They fully honoured the warranty and sent it off for repair. A week later I collected the fully repaired tv but on set up I found the screen damaged obviously impact damage confirmed by the damaged carton. They agreed to replace it with the updated model at no charge. I can only describe the staff who dealt with the situation as truly exceptional.I cannot praise this company highly enough.

They opened the shop 30 minutes for us and were met by Joe at the Chester branch. His knowledge was unbelievable and in a non pushy way guided us to our purchase. First time to Richer Sounds but it’ll be my first port of call in future

The service I received from not one but four separate shops was fantastic . I wanted an item that was unavailable from website however there was limited items in the shop network . My local shop gave me the numbers of three others who might have the item. All answered phone immediately and looked for item even calling me back when needed. Eventually the fourth shop (Chester )found a single remaining stock it arrived next day after they caught the last van before bank holiday. Fantastic all round effort

Richer Sounds in Chester are my go to for anything AV. Great prices (better than internet) but can actually speak to someone and get advice. Delivery next day as well. Really can't fault them in any way.
