At no point did they try and sell me anything. Great customer Service and will definitely be back to buy what I require.

From my first phone enquiry to Richer Sounds re the TV I was interested in till the moment a gentleman called Medi walked away from my house having set up the TV all I can say is what fantastic service this company supplies.
This isn’t the first experience with them the last time was with the Romford branch. This time was with the Chiswick branch. On each and every occasion the service is above 1st class.
I will always use them.

Having spent my life in retail, in a customer care driven businesses, I really appreciate the ethos and service that is given by Richer Sounds. My first boss said to me, “Without customers, we don’t have a business. Always put the customer first”.
In Richer Sounds case it remains the case, as I always feel valued. Over many years I have bought TVs and home entertainment equipment from them, both in store and online. In recent years, I have been dealing with the Cheswick Store and in particular with Jim the store manager. Although I usually purchase top end Sony equipment and have a good idea what I prefer, I do have questions and Jim has the answers. He knows his product and works through the conversation, with quick results. I cannot praise the service more and I not only recommend the Cheswick Store to family and friends, but guide them specifically to Jim. I have also had service from Tim and Simon, who are also helpful
I only leave reviews for exceptional service, but in this instant I give strong recommendations to friends to shop at Cheswick and to ask for Jim as well. This is the only retail outlet I recommend, not because the rest are bad, but if you recommend something, you need to be confident that, that recommendation won’t disappoint.
As a business I have found Richer Sounds to be reliable, with deliveries going smoothly and promptly. Prices are usually keen, and if not, they do price match. Another plus point is the 6 year warranty on most TVs which is really useful, as it is free and high end TVs are costly to fix.
It may appear that I am on commission when it comes to writing such a positive review, but it isn’t that. I just appreciate great, efficient service and good value, the elements that so many other businesses have forgotten. In my own work, there was a sales training session run by Intersport Europe. The trainer opened with a really good statement. He said, “Products can be purchased anywhere, but it is the people and services, that brings customers back”. I totally believe that, and Jim and Richer Sounds demonstrate it.

Tim was very patient and knowledgeable and gave me great guidance. I upgraded the amp I bought from them 8 years ago and it arrived as promised and works very well.

I called the central RS sales line and got put through to Simon at RS Chiswick. I had a number of questions about a new 4K TV and his advice was clear and very helpful. He quickly arranged for me to visit the store for a demonstration a couple of days later. While the exact TV I was interested in (Sony Bravia A95L) was not available to demo, during the demonstration we had a useful discussion about how it differed to the Bravia 8ii used in the demo (the closest comparable Sony TV) and about all the pros and cons of the 3 TVs tested. A great use of my time, and I eventually chose the Bravia A95L, at a price 5% lower than it was on offer anywhere else.
The installation team used by the Chiswick store was a bit hard to get hold of (just very busy), but they came through in the end, delivering the TV and installing it exactly as I wanted despite a few problems caused by my room set-up. The team took great care both of the new TV and my home overall. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase experience and would use RS Chiswick again.

The Chiswick Team has sent an unsealed parcel (the DAC was either absent or lost during transit) and I refused the parcel. Gladly they refunded the transaction.

I love Richer Sounds because of the wide range of audio/visual stuff that they have, the decent prices and the fact that they never make me feel stupid for asking stupid questions. They always answer simply and fairly, never try to upsell and are wonderfully human. I've bought many items there over the years, and the Chiswick one, now my local, is my absolute favourite.
