The store was due to open at 12 noon.Joe saw me looking through the window, asked if he could help? As a result a spent £4,900. His attitude was superb, a true ambassador for the company.

Excellent advice and guidance
Simon was very helpful in identifying the speakers that are compatible with the hi-fi unit to which they were to be connected and helping me to choose the speakers, and another assistant was very patient in explaining to me over the phone how to change the hi-fi connectors so as to be able to use a plug-in connection rather than bare wire to connect the speaker cables.

Great service
Both Jim and Fred who assisted me in getting a new LG C5 oled were super knowledgeable and I received customer service that you thought didn’t exist anymore. No other choice should be considered for TV/hifi.

I’ve just purchased my second TV from Richer Sounds in Chiswick. I find the staff there knowledgeable and very helpful in finding my particular requirements. I was served by Joe who recommended the perfect TV for me, delivered and set it up and was extremely patient in showing me how to use it.

Thank you for the feedback on the team which is great to read of course, we can recycle customers old electrical item free of charge when returned to any of our 51 stores on the purchase of any like-for like product.
There is an option to arrange a WEEE collection at the time of purchase on certain TV products, where the item is being delivered, and a small fee applies to cover transport costs. This is offered at the checkout stage of our website where applicable, and can arranged in-store, if you do still need help with the old item please do get in touch

I ordered a Manhattan T4 R recorder
I ordered a Manhattan T4 R recorder.
The first machine was refurbished and was not working correctly.
I returned it in person and it was replaced with a “new” machine which again was not working correctly.
I returned that one to the store and waited while a third replacement was provided and I picked it up from the store on Saturday 28th February.
One of the assistants offered to come to my house (a five minute walk from your store in Chiswick W4) to finalise the installation at 1730 but nobody turned up or called me (and I had cancelled another appointment to be here for him)… so not overly impressed with that Service!

I was most concerned to read of the multiple problems you had, firstly with the equipment itself and most recently with the home visit that went wrong, which sounds very frustrating and it goes without saying the store should have contacted you if there was a problem.
We will investigate with the branch manager, to get to the bottom of this, as well as contact you to formulate a plan to resolve things once and for all..

It's Richer Sounds. Been buying gear from them since the early 90s. The most consistently great hifi shop to ever have existed. Always qualityz friendly customer service, knowledgeable advice and solid prices. Recent purchase was an open box soundbar that arrived damaged, it was sorted out quickly and efficiently. Cheers to Jim, Fred and Tim in the Chiswick store!
