Everything was great and fast delivery. Steady to set up deck and good sound for a reasonable cost.

My Denon M40DAB which i purchased back in November 2016 from the Edinburgh store gave up the ghost after 9 years so i decided to buy the DM41DAB to replace it.I called the Edinburgh store and spoke to Bowie who i managed to negotiate a deal with and complete the purchase.I arranged to have the unit delivered and it arrived the following day so all in all great service from Bowie and Richer Sounds.

I had a great shopping experience last week. Very friendly staff plus they had exactly what I was looking for!
While on-line shopping can at times be useful. When shopping for things that matter like hi-fi or in this case looking for a smart speaker you can’t beat the human dimension of actually interacting with someone who understands the products. I’ve shopped at Richer Sounds for hi-fi gear since the 1980s and have never been disappointed and always had good service and got great deals on what I’ve bought.

I would have prefered a demonstartion of the product I bought in the shop before I left.

First class service from Richersounds Edinburgh, speedy delivery to store for my instore pickup, this year I have bought a pair of AMAZING Fyne Audio Speakers that make my livingroom sound like a concert room, plus I bought a dedicated SONOS ARC ULTRA soundbar and SONOS ACE HEADPHONES, just for my surroundsound movie experience.
